I would NOT recommend going here. I went there and got my oil changed. The next day when I started my car, within 10 minutes 4 out of the 5 quarts of oil leaked all over my driveway. I called them, their service is horrible - you can never hear anyone when you call. They sent the assistant manager to my house to fix it, he explained what happened and they didn’t install the ring of my filter right. I had to pressure wash my driveway for 2 hours, I missed my flight taking my son on vacation for Easter and we couldn’t fly out. I lost $800 in airline tickets. They said they would pressure wash my driveway or clean it for me so the HOA didn’t fine me. They never followed through on that. I followed a claim to ask for a full refund, they never followed up. Every time I call them, they call the store and then the manager hangs up and I can only talk to the claim department. This happened last Friday, so it’s been almost 10 days. They said they were waiting from Amazon for the product to come in to clean my driveway, they never called me or followed up. They cost me over a grand in the trip from their mistake, they never apologized and followed up. They never refunded me. This oil change I had to pay almost $130 for cost me almost a grand and I did not get a refund, apology, they did not follow up on cleaning my driveway. They never called me back. I would absolutely NEVER trust this place or how this business is run. I am beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service and following up as a company. I currently have to fight the charge with my credit card company because they won’t call me back even when I have on video the assistant manager telling me how they messed up my oil change. I’ve never had this happen in my entire life so I would stay far away from this place. They had over 10 days to make it right and I filed a claim - they just keep giving me the run around and ignoring me. Go anywhere to get your oil changed, but here unless you want to be in debt over a grand and them to not care or make things right. I had to also pay for my own product (because they lied and said they were waiting for it to come in, then they said they were going to buy their own and come clean my driveway to avoid an HOA fine, and they ignored all of this and lied to me about coming to fix their mistake and clean up.) Read moreI have taken both my Toyota Tundra and my wife’s Lexus ES350 to this Valvoline location many times. The technicians here have always been outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. In fact, there’s another Valvoline just one mile from my home, but I’ve chosen to stay loyal to this location solely because of the exceptional service from the technicians.
That loyalty ended today.
While having the oil changed on my Tundra a while back, I asked a technician if they recycled used oil. He assured me that I could bring it by and they would take care of it. Today, I did exactly that. One of the friendly technicians even told me to pull around and park so he could come grab it.
But before he could, a man in shorts and a t-shirt stormed out of the building, yelling at me from across the lot. He announced—rudely—that he was the manager and that they do not recycle oil, nor have they ever. His tone was aggressive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. When I explained that I was a repeat customer and had been told otherwise, he doubled down, again speaking to me in a dismissive, hostile way before turning his back and walking away.
I asked if he at least knew of a place that did accept used oil. Without hesitation—and without a shred of courtesy—he barked back, “Try AutoZone,” and disappeared inside.
Let me be clear: this review is not about the quality of the technicians—they are excellent. This is about the manager, whose complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and customer service skills ruined my trust in this location. His behavior was not only rude but damaging to the reputation of the store and the hardworking team he oversees.
Because of this manager’s disgraceful conduct, I will never return to this location. I would gladly file a complaint with the owner if I had their contact information, and I will share this experience widely with others in the community.

Read moreWow, you’d have thought my whole vehicle was falling apart by the insistence that I was going to have “irreversible damage” if I didn’t pay for all the things they recommended. Caden wiped some black on the napkin next to my perfectly red, normal smelling transmission fluid and exclaimed that it was metal shavings about to trash the whole transmission, which would then need replaced. 🤣 Luckily, this could be solved by an expensive “transmission flush”. He said it should have been done 40k miles ago and it’s “almost too late!” When I told him it wasn’t recommended on my vehicle to flush the transmission he said, oh that means to drop the pan and change the fluid (guess what, that not a flush, and it’s also a whole lot cheaper than a flush). He also said my battery needs replaced today, which he can do. When I said “no thanks” he didn’t let it go and said it will “die within the week”. Guess what, it’s fairly new and I know it. It ain’t dying in a week. Or a month. Not for nothing he also left dusty greasy fingerprints all over my glove box before explaining that the filter can only be checked at the dealer (uhhh, I’ll change it but also, shouldn’t you know that without grubbing up my vehicle?)
