Awesome place! When I go, I just go by myself to practice/learn certain tricks/flips since a trampoline park is the best place for that ofc. Have been going pretty consistently now for a couple years and haven't had any issues. You have to sign a waver so you can do any flips you want and the park isn’t responsible for injuries by those flips but its truly amazing because you can do anything you want unlike some other places that restrict certain things. They have allot of different options like an air track into a foam pit. Trampolines into an inflatable air pit. A high drop. Dodgeball area. Normal trampoline area. And a little more. The trampoline area actually has large trampolines and not the dumb small square ones with no room some parks have. It gets pretty busy from 12 to 5ish so the best non-busy times are later at night. Though in the winter it can still get packed. Kind of have to expect that though. You got an awesome trampoline place in a big city so just be aware before you go that it might be packed. I haven't gone with a large family or birthday party so I can't share any info on that but from my experience with employees, they all are pretty nice and chill. Its mainly younger kids or young adults so def makes the vibe more chill and freeing compared to somewhere else where they might be super strict. For food, I just bring my own refreshments so can’t say report on that. For cleanliness, it’s what you expect. It’s not pristine but it’s also not super dirty. It’s a place where people run around in their socks, sweating, flipping, jumping and playing so don’t go thinking it was built yesterday. I’ve never been grossed out or anything in any of the areas. I’ve seen some reviews saying it’s like a ghetto place or something and that’s just weird. There aren’t any windows and it’s a plane old white building on the outside. The usual. It ain’t trying to look, like a mansion with marble walls lol. Just your average big building. Some reviews say it’s a little dark inside. I mean maybe but it seems perfectly fine to me and I never have any issues seeing anything. They also have giant speakers playing good music to jam to. So yeah, awesome place and would...
Read moreGiving the one star because my kid had fun. Had his 9th birthday there. From the start they were very rude. I had to run around getting any water the pizza wasn't there until 20 mins before we had to leave and they told me it wasn't their problem. Then when I was getting the water I was told they adjusted the price to reflect the number of kids there and my balance was zero. We get chased out more or less and I'm going to see if I need to sign anything and they tell me my balance is now the exact same .so I asked to see what I was paying for since I was confused about what I had already been told ..... She brings the manager back who I haven't seen at all until this and it didn't make sense to include her in me simply asking to see the bill and then she wasn't able to even stop talking over me long enough for me to even ask a question she kept calling me rude and refused to even show me a bill. Then threatened to call the cops because I was asking to see what I was paying for before I paid. Come to find out the person who "helped" us check in was her daughter who had lied to her saying I told them to hold off on water and food ...idk what world that makes sense in when there were kids there that needed water and food regardless of who else was coming which is word for word what I told her. Accused me of refusing to pay which I was more than willing once I knew what I was paying for . No info sent about the party prior to us leaving absolutely none. I sent multiple emails asking questions only to be ignored. Really sad considering my kid loves it there but I do not recommend a party there. Im still confused on what they said was changed and why someone who works with the public can't wrap her head around when you ask a question you have to not talk over the person to...
Read moreMy kids and I had a blast.
My intent was to come here and watch the kids wear out, and there is certainly ample room for parents to wander around and monitor things without being in the way, but quite frankly it took me five minutes to go back out and buy my own ticket.
There are plenty of things to do, and while most of them are more or less a variation on the same theme of trampolines and block pits, my five and eight year old loved it.
The staff were super friendly. One of them got right down by my five year old to explain how a game worked, and was very encouraging.
Beyond that, what I was surprised at was that the atmosphere as a whole was very family friendly. I saw no negativity, pushing and shoving, etc. - all the kids that were there seemed to be getting along great and having fun together. Even toddlers were able to tool around and all the big kids were courteous and careful. I was totally impressed.
Some negatives: The sign in process seemed to take forever. Whether their computers were slow or something else, it just seemed excessive. Part of the fun is that you can pretty much run around and do whatever. This leads to safety issues. Double-bouncing (and the like) is discouraged, but since most of the kids were there with their parents, the staff didn't really enforce any of the minor rules. I didn't see any injuries other than a minor scrape, but I could easily foresee something worse happening.
All in all, a great way to spend an hour or more. Our son has a birthday party coming up, and we're strongly considering offering that to him...
