My Pizza Place — Restaurant in La Habra

Before we even walked in I knew it was going to be bad. There was about 5 to 7 people right outside the door smoking cigarettes. It stunk. When we walked in and found our "reserved tables" they were FILTHY DIRTY. If you have reserved seating I think you would expect them to have the tables ready and clean for the customers. I asked 3 different employees to clean it and not until i went up to the front desk did they come out and clean it for us. I ordered my food..got my salad( cucumbers in salad were soggy and old), wings (they were cold), pull apart bread (which was really good) ... but i still sat around for about an hour to get my pizza. They had given my pizza to the wrong table....or they just hadnt made it to begin wih...idk.... i ended up asking for a manager to come to my table... i waited 5 minutes and nothing. I went again to front and had girl in front find manager. All in all service was bad. The manager didnt know how to handle the problem beacuse he asked me what he wanted him to do. So i had him refund my pizza and i still got my pizza delivered to my table... it wasnt all that good..i've had better pizza. Will i be returning??? Maybe not... price for food was...

The girl taking out order seem like she was frustrated by us placing our order. We were ordering the large party combos for the first time and not sure what they came with. Asked for sandwich platter that says choose 3 sandwiches and we did, but then she said, " It's only cold sandwiches.", like we should know. Then we told her the toppings for our pizzas. We asked to change a topping and again with frustration she asked which one. We reserved 2 long tables and 2 booths. They gave away one of our booths after we had people sitting there. They actually made them move and said it was already reserved. After they got up, they put a reserved sign on the table. Games were ok. Some ate our money. Too bad, pizza was pretty good. Not sure I'll return unless our baseball...

Ok. This is a great place to watch the game!!! 6 big screens and plenty of room. However, just to give you an idea of the help; during the Dodgers Giants game 5. The beer line 30 minutes for a pitcher. I got in line and ordered at the top of the 4th (7:34pm) 25 minutes in line just to place the order (7:58). Receiving the order was another hour (9:15 in the 8th). All this is after a very kind attendent asked if we received our order. Our number was still on the table and no food to show for it. We got 2 orders of chicken wings, 2 of potato wedges and a Ceaser salad $51. We did not receive the salad. The wings and wedges were hot and tasty. The venue was well lit and lots of space with 2 pool tables. All in all we had a good time. Pizza pub can be...
