Sea Massage — Attraction in La Mesa

I've waited a couple days to decide if i should write this review but, its still eating at me so ive decided to do it.

I went in for a relaxing massage and to try a new place, instead I got more stress and embarassed .. When I arived they rushed me into a room and within one minute of telling me to take off my cloths a woman came barging into the room while i stood there with no shirt or bra on she slams the door ..

Next I tell her I am just there to relax so i would prefer soft .. Maybe she didn't understand and I can get that but she was incredibly rough also I felt that at least 50% of my massage was with the sheet over me with her just vigorously elbowing my whole body.. Then when she went to get warm towels to wipe my back she left the door open I'm thinking "OMG people can see my butt!"

Then as the end was nearing and she got to my right arm I asked if this "full body " massage included my feet she jumped up and said "well your time is almost up" left my right arm which was never returned too and half as rubbed my feet like a pedicurist who rushes through then says "ill go get you some warm towels you wipe your feet" when she came back she just handed them to me so I wiped my own feet and got dressed .. feeling super uncomfortable ..

The last and worse part which led me to write the review.. I would have probably just not returned and not left a review..

When I went to pay i handed her $40 (the massage was $35) and told her the rest was for her she looked me straight in the face and said "this isnt enough" I was like "really" ? She proceded to tell me that "for a table massage $10 is the appropriate amount for a tip this is too small of a tip" and looked at me like I was just going to pull out more money! for how rushed and terrible the massage is I shouldn't have given her any tip!

I had a similar experience to Tanya I'm in the parking lot in tears writing this. I felt very rushed. I was uncomfortable because no spoke English. I'm 6 months pregnant and want to make sure my babies would be safe. This is not a place for prenatal massage. The table was very hard and of was on my belly most of the time. I had a man, which is my thing, but not usually comfortable with men for things like this. His hands were rough, he dug into knots and KEPT on them and back to them. I winced a few times. Finally I couldn't take it and told him to let up. Again language barrier. Then to flip and when he was done, he said done a few times, like I was supposed to jump off the table before he left the room. THEN, he was waiting outside for me. He kept saying something I couldn't understand. I had paid when I walked in and told him that. He went to het someone else and the women I paid came too. Really didn't understand any of them. I was already charged an extra $2, I'm assuming is for using a card but then they were all talking to me and demanding a tip(best I could I understand) I was already upset. I wasn't going to leave a top, oh, he answered his phone during the massage. I gave $5 but there was a lot of talking and laughing so I'm guessing it wasn't enough. I will never be back and hope many others won't either. I'm pregnant, in pain, broke, and very hormonal. I just wanted some relief, instead I got s lot...

I'm physically fit and very actave. I get massages almost weekly and have used I massage for years. Hundreds of times!

They have a new massage therapist or use or multiple new masuses and they lack the quality that was known for this place.

CC was one of their best massage therapist. I want in today for a massage and wanted an hour and a 1/2 with hot stone they denied me they said they didn't have time they were too busy there was only one must choose working on the other older lady was just sitting there on her phone obviously not wanting to work. From being a long time customer and have had cards filled where you buy 5 get 1 free and never got to use them because they said that they would not be able to make money I have stacks of cards filled and never rot reimbursed it makes me want to go to a different place now and I would not recommend going here until management fixes and makes these masud's to a good honest job. I honestly start to wonder if they're professionals or even have credentials they massage away from the heart which is the number one thing I know is not professional I call the masseuses out on it and actually show the mountain massage if they don't know which is kind of said I would take my business elsewhere in the future to a more renown and better reviewed place you get what you pay for I guess on this. They rushed me today and the place didn't even have their condition on which was very uncomfortable...
