Trifecta Watches — Local services in Lafayette

I ordered a wonderful Bulova Jet Star with the red dial from Trifecta and I am very happy with my purchase. I specifically wanted to write this review to shout out the friendliness and helpfulness of the team—especially Jake—when there was a small hiccup with the shipping on USPS' end. Luckily it was just a mistaken scan in the USPS tracking system that incorrectly labelled the package as being returned to sender, absolutely not Trifecta's fault at all. When I called Trifecta they were super nice and very helpful to ensure I would get the watch—which I did!

Otherwise this piece is exactly what I wanted, it came packaged securely with a little custom thank you note as well. I look forward to shopping with Trifecta again in the future.

I only wish that I lived closer to the store so that I could come in to shop with these great...

I've now ordered two watches from Trifecta Watches and, to quote my wife, I shouldn't buy from anyone else. Jake is really helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He seems to always be available for discussion and responds promptly - I'm not sure he'll appreciate my saying this, but he's even responded to me on nights and weekends! What amazes me the most though is that, as an authorized dealer, he consistently beats his competitors' prices. I recently returned from a cruise overseas where I had found a watch that I really liked in stores both on the ship and in a local duty-free shop. I contacted him from the ship and we talked. He was able to even beat their prices after taxes and shipping! Jake and Trifecta Watches are truly the best I've found...

Went looking for a Hamilton watch in Indy. No one stocked them. Looked on the Hamilton website and found Trifecta. The kept almost 60 Hamilton watches in stock. I made the drive from Indy. Unfortunately, they didn't have the Hamilton I wanted. Mark showed me a Seiko alternative. It was sharp. I left and did some research. I sent a message asking about a Tissot and Seiko. Jake answered all my questions. He shared his contact information and we talked over a week. He took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with his review. I ended up with a new watch and watch shop. If they sell the brand you want, it is worth the drive to Trifecta!
