THIS LOCTION LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! I was at this location trying to shop on July 27th at 6:28pm. The employees stood in the doorway lying to customers stating the system was down. At this time there were active customers in the store making purchases. I told the employee blocking the door that I wanted the area managers number if we were not going to be able to shop. The manager in the attached photo came to the door stating a completely different reason for the store denial. The manager states that it was an AC issue as if that would stop customers from buying anything. So they lied to customers standing in the doorway. I notified Disney operations immediately so they could investigate. Disney had no knowledge of any operational issues with Sunglass Hut. Disney did send people to investigate the suspicious behavior. Read moreLuis and Jake were amazing. We had such a terrible experience at a different Sunglass Hut(and we'd been to three at that point). Now I'm persistent, so I figured let me ask one more place, Now let me tell you, I walked in with three questions, and every single one of them was answered by Luis, friendly and knowledgeable. He even asked to look at my receipt(I was dealing with a warranty issue for glasses less than 2 months old!). Needless to say, we left with a replacement and more clarity than we had at any one of the locations we'd visited. While Luis grabbed our replacement, Jake rang us out, and he was fantastic. He was friendly and asked us questions, and the engagement was there to the point that I got sidetracked and purchased another pair of glasses! Read moreOne of the worst experiences ever, walked into the store with the intention of buying meta glasses and I did I specifically told “papi” which ones I wanted multiple times and my wife picked out a pair, we left to go watch a movie and while waiting for the movie to start I decided to open and setup my glasses to my surprise this guy sold me the wrong glasses, I walked back to the store and he wanted to argue with me about what glasses I wanted which I clearly only wanted the black, he didn’t have them to begin with and wanted to sell me the transition ones for a $50 upgrade after he destroyed not only the transaction but my afternoon, I missed half of the movie with my kids because of his lack of customer service and knowledge, would not recommend this store to anyone and I have been a loyal sunless hut customer for over 20yrs but this...
