@Disney , I’m beyond disappointed and in shock as to how I was treated by a cast member last night (10/2/21 at 9:30pm) . I must say that I never would imagine feeling this was about anything connected to Disney. Last night my family and I were passing by and we already had park tickets to Epcot but wanted to see if we could purchase event tickets for food and wine since there were images on the windows. My husband and kids sat down nearly and I waited off to the side of the door in my wheelchair since the cast member was busy. 2 other groups arrived after me and we all waited for the cast member to be done. Once the group in front of me walked away I moved closer to the cast member to ask my questions and he said “ma’am, they are in line, they were here before you.” I thought maybe he just missed and proceeded to say, “We’ve all been waiting, I’ve been hear the longest though.” He then looked at the last behind me, and then locked at my rolled his eyes and says, “right!”. The silent. No greeting, it was awkward. He than, says, “yes?” I then humiliated say, “my family and I have park tickets to Epcot but want to see if you guys have tickets for the events.” He says, “No” that was it. No explanation… nothing. He than moves towards the people behaving me that have now moved closer to the door and he greats them as how he can help. Really?!?! Our family has saved money for years to come from CA and this was one of our experiences when we arrived? Never would I have imagined feeling like this here. This happened last night and I woke up today still in disbelief. I really hope Epcot today gets me out of this funk. Hope the rest of the week gives us a better...
Read moreI had already purchased Disney tickets for my family online but wanted to get individual cards for each family member to scan at parks. Usually there is some wait at will call at the park entrance to do this. Happened to walk past this ticket center and there was no line around 9 PM on Saturday night. We walked in and immediately got assigned to a cast member, Andres. I gave him my confirmation number and he printed our cards. We were in and out within literally less than five minutes. Fastest experience getting our Disney tickets in our many visits. Highly recommend this place. My daughter wanted me to add “Andres is the best! He was so fast and so sweet!“ my kids also said that Andres looks like an actor from a Disney show they like (he denied this, but maybe he is just in disguise? 🤣). PS - if you order tickets online and have any issues, rather than calling the phone number just use the chat function on the Disney app. Prior to coming to the ticket center one of my family members who I had purchased a ticket for did not show up in the Disney app. Even though the confirmation email said that I had purchased the ticket for them. My wife has previously called the customer service line for Disney tickets and the whole time was terrible. So I use the chat function in the app and got a live agent within just a few minutes who instantly fixed the problem and the missing family member showed up in the app. Just an extra tip to save you some time....
Read moreThis Ticket Center is very Convenient to use in your next Disney Vacation.
We usually arrive @ Orlando 1 day before our park tickets start, so, once we are settled in our hotel or appartment, we spend the afternoon @ Disney Springs (which is very Fun, free to enter, parking is free).
The Staff at ticket center can help you a lot with confirmation of your tickets, registering fingerprints (remember that to enter the parks, everyone has to scan a fingerprint) AND activation of physycal plastic cards and magic bands (if someone in your party has one).
This is REALLY helpful, and TIME SAVER, because if you arrive the next morning at the park entrance (huge crowd) and you don´t have your fingers scanned, then you´ll waste 15-30 minutes while they confirm reservations, scan fingerprints, print plastic card, etc. etc.
At the Ticket Center you can calmly clear Any issue with your reservation, the night before you enter the Parks. In that way, when you arrive next day at the Parks you´ll go through the entrance gate without any ...
