I am going to have to give this 1 and only experience the lowest rating. I was really excited to try some cocktails and tapas at this restaurant because the atmosphere seems nice, but the service, food, and cleanliness was disappointing. First, we walked in and the restaurant was half empty. We sat outdoors and waited over 15 - 20 minutes for an initial 'hello' from our waiter (who we later found out was the bartender inside). We ordered drinks, mine was the frozen mango margarita. Normally, this is served with sugar on the rim (and he didn't ask), but it came back with large sea salt on the rim. At first, no biggie because maybe I needed to specify (I'm thinking), but to my surprise, my first gulp just sucked up a bunch of salt that was sitting at the bottom of the drink (yuk). I felt that I was going to have a heart attack from all the salt that rushed through my system. I asked for a new drink and it was better! Next, I opened the napkins in preparation for food and tadaaaa, dirty (both as pictured below). Lastly, we received our appetizers (quesadillas and empanadas); the empanadas were ok, but the quesadillas had no flavor and guess what, one of the dipping sauces (I believe for the empanadas) had hair in it (see picture below). Gross! We were done eating there at this point and asked for the bill. Even though we told the bartender about these issues and left some food behind, he didn't offer to remove any of the items from the menu or talked to a manager to come to us (no apology... In fact, he said oh $#!t about 3 times after each issue). The only reason I gave him a 2 star rating is because he wasn't nasty about it (he seemed new) or just not really on Earth 😂. For 2 drinks and 2 appetizers, we still spent over $80 (with a Disney Visa discount and tip) It is what it is... We just know this is the only 1 time we will ever go there. I hear that Frontera Cocina is so much better and yummy. I will tell you more when I visit! 😎

**Paradiso 37 - A Culinary Delight in the Heart of Disney Springs** Dining at Paradiso 37 was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated at a table with a stunning view of the waterfront. The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by our server, Josten. From the moment he introduced himself, Josten was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, guiding us through the diverse offerings with ease and confidence. For appetizers, we started with the Chilean-style empanadas and the Argentinean chorizo skewers. Both were bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Josten's suggestion to pair them with the house-made chimichurri sauce was a game-changer. The main course was a true culinary adventure. We opted for the Mexican-inspired Baja fish tacos and the Brazilian churrasco. The fish tacos were fresh and zesty, while the churrasco was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a delightful blend of spices. Josten's impeccable timing ensured that our meals arrived hot and ready to savor. Dessert was another highlight, with Josten recommending the churros served with a trio of dipping sauces. They were light, crispy, and the perfect sweet ending to our meal. What truly set our experience apart was Josten's attention to detail and his genuine passion for providing top-notch service. He made sure our glasses were never empty and checked in just the right amount to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude added immensely to our overall enjoyment. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure if I went on a "bad" night, but this place SUCKED! I have eaten at many Disney Springs restaurants and I'm not even sure how this over priced, low quality, poorly services establishment made it in amongst those like STK, Paddlefish, and Arts Southern. We waited for outdoor lakeside dining, the back is a sloppy mess of disorganized tables all shoved together thay nobody sits at, yet you have to wait extra for a table. When you are in your table its neext to a stairwell where loud people smoke cigarettes on their break. Service - HORRIBLE. Had to wait 15 minutes for the server, Claudia, to greet us. The hostess barely speaks/ understands English, but she is friendly. Once Claudia finally took my drink order I had to wait another 10 just to get ONE Coronation. Claudia eventually disappeared after providing the ice water margarita and I had to ask the hostess to send for Claudia. Another male server came to ask me if something was wrong and it's like DUDE I just want a drink wtf. The drinks- i paid extra to have Patron in my coronarita... they brought me a pint glass of watery frozen ice without even the slightest hint of margarita or tequila. The coronita came on the side. The table next to me receieved two cute glasses with the corona INSIDE the coronarita like it should be. I could not even fit mine in the tiny pint. Food - birria nachos were good and tasty, but it's more like shredded beef nachos. There isn't even the slightest hint of Birria. Shrimp ceviche came with bland half cut tostones and had zero flavor. I will never go back and honestly hope this place leaves Disney Springs. A chilis would be far better than this dump.

Meh. Well that explains why there was no wait to get in compared to other restaurants at Disney Springs. Service was pretty lousy. The hostess didn’t even notice us until I said something despite us being right in front of her. Took forever for a waitress to show up. Same for the food we ordered. Food was meh a best but of course super pricey because it’s Disney Springs.

*Restaurant commented a week later requesting more details. Well that may be a mistake on their part since I’m realizing my review should have been even lower. Adding some details. Our waitress took a long time to initially show up despite only one or two other tables near us having other guests. She was nice enough and took our orders. I think that was the last time we saw her for the next hour until it was time to pay again. No coming around to see if we needed anything else. It seemed like a new person came each rare time someone did and that was because not only was the food meh but the fries were cold so one person delivered our food, we got the attention of another person to request warm fries, another person brought them, another person came by for some other reason later. TLDR: unhelpful staff, no bags for leftovers. There is a vibe of something wonky about how this place is run and staff are trained. The weird always different people coming to the table. When we were leaving with several to go boxes of leftovers we tried to find a staff person to request a plastic bag to carry them all. Juggling children and several to go boxes of food did not sound fun. We had to walk all around to find any free staff member and ended up in front of the kitchen to try and find someone to help. Staff just kept walking by literally intentionally ignoring the presence of four guests standing in front of them seeking help. I kindly asked for help and if someone could get us a plastic bag so we could more easily carry our multiple leftover containers. An employee said yes and apparently must have died in the kitchen because we never saw them again. Our condolences to their loved ones. We waited a bit and asked a second employee the same thing. This second employee must have sadly endured the same tragedy as they were also never seen again. After quite a while I was saddened by the loss of so much staff and asked the hostesses the same thing. They also delved into the danger kitchen for a rather long time before emerging unharmed but with the news that the restaurant had no bags. Seriously? No bags to carry leftovers? No one in the history of this restaurant has requested a bag to carry leftovers. They also weirdly suggested we go to nearby store and get a bag from them. This restaurant feels like it is run by people who haven’t run a restaurent before. I would not recommend it. The music is too loud outside, service isn’t good, food isn’t anything notable, and it’s really pricey because it’s Disney Springs. I hope those multiple apparently lost staff...

We made a reservation for a party of 12 and arrived early. I went to check in and was told they were running about 20 minutes behind on seating reservations and told me to come back when my full party had arrived. It was raining and was told we could wait under a covered outdoor patio. When everyone in our party was there I went up to the hostess stand to let them know. I was then told it would be about a 40 minute wait. 45 minutes later I go up to inquire on how much longer and asked if we would eat out on the patio and I stated no, we want inside. About 15 minutes later a manager comes to our group and states he knows we have been waiting a long time for our table and if he could get us some appetizers on them. We graciously accepted as we were hungry and also had young kids with us. He came back and said he would be back with an update on our seating status which he did (we were 3rd in line to be seated but no timeframe was provided). I again went up to hostess stand to ask about how much longer and was told someone in our party came up and said we would sit outside. I told them no we did not agree to that. Another manager approached me (there are at least 3-4 tables where they could have seated us but they did not) and said they were waiting for another party to clear out but it was taking longer than they expected. He would be providing another update. Shortly afterwards I was asked to go with the manager to the hostess stand and my party would be seated within 2 minutes. 15 minutes later and standing with a large group of other upset customers who also had reservations I got the managers attention and he finally got us a table.

I will never go to this restaurant again. The food and wait staff were good but this was meant to be a nice dinner with out of town family. To be seated 2 hours AFTER a reservation time was unacceptable. I would have gone elsewhere but no one else could take a party our size even if...
