If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I give this place a one star because their customer service is excellent. The workers are kind and welcoming. What removes the other 4 stars are their business practices. I came into their store wanting to support a local card shop and I left without spending a penny. When a local starts to sell at a scalper's market price, they become scalpers themselves. Yes, I understand they're a business. Yes, I understand this is their livelihood. Yet, I know that some of their business tactics are greedy. I think they'll create cognitive dissonance to dispute this fact. That's okay. The manager was absolutely rude and pretentious when all I asked was "How much is the big Snorlax" His response? "Expensive" How hard is it to answer a question without a comeback? And to assume someone's price point off the bat? Not to mention admitting to be a scalper for plushies. That's messed up, bro. Especially upcharging an originally $50 plush to $75. I get you need to make more money than you buy it for, but a $25 upcharge? Nah. I would've said screw it and gotten the Snorlax regardless because I'm a collector, but your attitude will have me never shopping...
