Rude Employee - (per management’s request via text message) I won’t be deleting anything!!!!!!!!!!

My 12 year old son was looking forward to ice skating at this facility for a week! This was our first time ice skating.

incident number one - My son was skating and he wanted to take a break and come sit next to me. So he started to walk up the stairs with the ice skates on to get to where I was. A worker by the name Quinn started yelling, screaming, and waving her hand at him to stop. My son had headphones on so he couldn’t hear.(Mind you there were 3 other young boys behind my son with ice skates on as well, but nothing was said to them). No signed posted anywhere!!!!

Incident number two - Same son had his ice skates off walking to the seat where I was and again skates off and in his hand. Gentleman worker had a talk with my son. (Conversation- don’t go up the stairs with your skates on, my son responds by saying my skates are off, then the worker proceeds to say can I have your skates I intervened at that point).. No signed posted anywhere!!!!

Horrible first experience.

Please post signs that say No Ice Skates on Concrete might be helpful…

Never will ever feel comfortable coming back to this sports center. Me and my friends were there for some hockey and the older woman working the front desk came to tell us that the building is closing you need to get off the ice. After in the locker room changing for 20 minutes, the same woman came into the locker room and told us to “get out of the building, we are closed”. We still had some gear on and we asked her to please shut the door as we need to change out of the gear. She then said “no, I am not closing the door until you guys leave.” We are undressed as she walked into the locker room. We have never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment ever. We let her know we do not feel comfortable changing while she is standing there and we asked her to please close the door while we finish changing and she says “Don’t make me get my other uniform. I am CPD”. So we proceeded to change in the bathroom while she is still waiting with the door open and we proceeded to exit. The real kicker to this story is as we are walking out, she says “I’m waiting on a couple of sno-cones”, which is racially discriminating me and my friends as we are white. We will never return to this establishment after this encounter and I hope management sees this rating and takes every action they can after...

Let me first start off with the positives. My husband and I had our daughters 3rd birthday party here this past weekend. The kids loved jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pit, the kids enjoyed all of the activities. The M.P.S.C. staff were very nice and very helpful. That being said, the reason for my rating is due to the timing. Our setup time for her party was 15 mins which would have been fine except for the fact that another party was still taking place while we were supposed to be setting up. We spoke with the staff, they were apologetic and helpful, cleaning up what the previous party left. The staff were really great, however once the room was setup for the party with our guest seated, we had no food. I had to speak with the company that provides the food for M.P.S.C. to see where our food was. I was told that they got behind with the other orders and the food for my party wasn't ready. So mean while our hungry little guest were waiting for pizza that wasn't anything spectacular to be prepared. The adults were fine but the kids were hungry and thirsty from running around playing. The food was eventually brought up to our room. I wish it were more organized and...
