We held my 4 year old sonâs bday here. It was okay! I do like the venue for free play but I wouldnât necessarily recommend for a birthday party. We got there and it was very hectic to sign in. When we were assigned our party area, it was a very small part of the area for 50 people, plus a character I had hired for the kids. I asked to be placed at the bigger section and the answer was no. Pizza was delivered and they forgot the cheese pizzas (for the kids). I was told they could be delivered 15 mins before the party ended/venue closed. What were the 17 kids supposed to eat? It was eventually delivered earlier than that time but still very inconvenient. The Spider-Man character I hired obviously attracted other kids to my area and were standing in front of my party kids so I kindly asked the front desk to make an announcement to their parents, of which they didnât. No one came to check in at any time of the party. I kept having to go to the front to ask for simple things like extra forks or plates. When I did go to the front, everyone was always pre-occupied. It was hectic, unorganized, overpacked. The venue itself is nice and like I said, Iâd bring my kids go play there but would not host a party there due to limited space and unattentiveness from staff. I have booked parties at other indoor playgrounds that have staff dedicated to party which...
Read moreTo start, it really takes a lot for me to come on here and take time out of my day to leave a negative review for any business. But in this case, it was a must because of Ashleyâs (employee at Treehouse) actions and behavior. I came in with my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter. About 30 minutes into playtime, another little boy started to push and touch my son constantly even though my son did not want to play with him. Well, half way up the stairs to the slide, my son turned around and grabbed the little boys shirt. Mind you my son just turned 2 and cannot fully speak and communicate. The little boy started to scream and I immediately ran up and separated them two. Boy stopped screaming and both of them went back to play. Well, Ashley was walking by and thought it was a good idea to make a scene and express her feelings on how âthat behavior was unacceptable.â If youâre a professional, you shouldâve asked me to step aside and discuss what happened. NOT stand there in front of all the parents and tell me how I am a bad parent and this was unacceptable behavior WITH A SMIRK! If youâre having a bad day in life, leave it at the door when you walk into work.
PARENTS DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE IF THEY ARE TODDLERS AND DONT BEHAVE LIKE ADULTS. According to Ashley, kids being kids is unacceptable. She is very...
Read moreHANDS DOWN the BEST! Weary of soft play facilities and the stigmas they posses, I was beyond pleasantly surprised when we visited for a friends daughter's birthday. VERY Clean, inviting, a cafe, lounge/seating, WIFI, and a really fun environment for little ones to get some activity in and tire themselves out (and safely!). I decided to reach out and worked with Mike & Alison for my daughter's second birthday. Their communication is impeccable, they were very flexible to discussions/asks and they went above and beyond to work with me from all things timing, budget, needs, and so forth. They even have a wonderful decor/display partner (Michelle/Sweetly Display) Who will do custom centerpieces and displays that are out of this world! On the day of the party Alison, Mike, and their staff were so welcoming, helpful and hospitable. I had so many guests sharing how impressed they were with the space and offerings. Everything was great, but working with great people like Mike & Alison, and their staff who really take pride in the business and providing a great experience made it even better! I cannot thank them enough for making the day fantastic & fun for my daughter, friends, & family! Not enough Thank you's to express! They...
