From the first phone call, I was hooked. Cherise was not only pleasant, but extremely knowledgeable and informative, all the while listening to any and all of my concerns. If the products she sold me, turn out to be as fine as the sales person.. I’ll be very happy indeed!
Update: The mattress I came in for, selected purchased and had delivered, turned out to be defective ! Although it was a very unusual occurrence , my sales person, Cherise, did not hesitate to take the necessary measures to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely fashion. When it was necessary for management to advance the process, he too was spot on.
Although it was unfortunate to be the recipient of a manufacturing error, Rooms To Go made the experience as painless as possible.
I highly recommend my sales associate, Cherise Berry.
New update : On 5 -10 -25 I had my reminder set to rotate my second mattress( Beauty rest Black Hybrid Series Two Apex top Queen). This would have been the first 3 month rotation. When I used the handles to lift the mattress, I noticed they didn't feel the same and on closer inspection, I found that the outer wrap of the mattress was torn away ( it must have happened upon delivery , as I had only installed the required mattress cover and changed the sheets. I immediately called Cherise, who was distressed as I, to find out that a second mattress, albeit different brand, was also defective. Since the timing of this revelation, happened to coincide with their huge Memorial Day sale, she asked me to meet at the store, the following Tuesday even though it was her day off so she could give me her complete attention. Read moreGoogle should open option to provide feedback like trash purchase or 0 star option. I purchased Mountain bluff ii TV stand from this showroom. Everything started with false and lies. I selected this TV stand from rooms to go website and called Lakeland showroom if it is available. Donna from Sales picked my phone and lied (first lie) it is available in showroom for display. I immediately visited showroom but found out same model is available in 64 inch not actual piece of 88 inch. Then again Donna showed me similar piece of furniture which has got some worn out features however it was conveyed the Tv stand i am interested in purchasing doesn't have that much worn out (second lie). i then basis assurances purchased it and got delivery. After opening the box, it was just a a junkyard quality garbage TV stand which has the worst possible wear and tear, thousands of holes in wood, wood is not consistent in opposite corners etc. I have attached the pictures of 1200 USD junk. Some guest visited my house and were asking me i should not purchased this piece even if it is priced at 100 dollars. they were asking me i should return it to seller from whom i purchased this second hand. when i told them, this is new from rooms to go showroom, the reaction was how can you be so dumb to buy this garbage. I hope rooms to go customer service should reach out to me and provide refund.
Rooms to go: this message is for edward. The option i am looking for is partial refund of paid amount. I already repaired and repainted whole furniture so it can’t be exchanged.
Update 7/15/22: Rooms to go is not acknowledging problem with the furniture and not helping their customers. Instead they are hiding behind their business friendly policies and denied refund.

Read moreI didn't have the best experience in March however returning last night was much better! David the floor salesmen was attentive, professional and warm. He was able to relate on a personal level; this helped with making choices. David ensured that the experience was different from previous. Though I don't agree nor like how the March experience went with Beatrice who was quite unpleasant, crass & demeaning ("you should know your colors was a comment she made to me". She was lucky I wasn't in the store when she made such a nasty response), David was understanding & patient. He took the time to listen empathetically and offer solutions. Because this was a reselect, he cordially & gingerly allowed the original salesmen, Josue to close out the transaction. Very professional and polite. Pamela was a wonderful and spoke with us while Josue completed the transaction; both Pamela & Josue were also very helpful and kind. We walked out pleased as punch !! Richard was the sprinkles on top of the sundae. He spoke and asked if we needed assistance; he was ready to spring into action. That's a true manager who cares about the customer and staff (loved his fire red button up). I say all of this to say, it makes a difference when exceptional customer service is displayed in its genuine form. Thank you Richard, David, Josue & Pamela for turning this experience with RTG into total pleasantries. We look forward to our delivery on the 16th. Keep rocking and...
