Tuesday night 8/20/24 at around 8:15 I visited the store. Upon walking up to the register I waited for about 5 mins before being greeted. An employee called out for another employee to assist me. The employee who was appointed to assist immediately yelled back to the other, “WHAT!” With an attitude, turned & looked at me, & then slowly walked up to to take my order. Her name tag read, “Quay”. As she began taking my order, I told her exactly what I wanted & then made sure to confirm with her exactly what I did not want on my sandwich. While doing so, she answers the phone & places me on hold. While on speaking with someone on the phone, she proceeds to hold her hold her hand out for money, I pay, Get my change, & sit & wait. While waiting, I hear her complaining to another employee about customers & how they cannot ruin her job & how she has bills to pay etc. Finally after about 15 mins my name is called & I check my food. Nothing is right. I have a sandwich with no cheese & very little condiments. I bring it back to the counter & “Quay” is immediately hostile, “I Told Her!” . . I was unable to make out all that she said, but she was referring to me. Her hostility immediately prompted me to ask for a refund. Read moreThis is the first time I've ever been to a firehouse Firehouse subs fast food place and this is my honest review when we walked in it took us a minute to figure out where to order from there must have been six people in there and it was they where disorganized The tables were dirty they took our order and didn't mention to us how are where to collect our order, I walked up to the counter and asked how do we pick up our order do you deliver it to us at the table do you bring it to us to the counter do you call our name I don't know how you give our food to us our food came 22 minutes after we arrived with seven people working I think they probably could have got it to us a little faster but they didn't it looked a little disorganized behind the counter were six or seven people were walking around each other continuously, the place didn't seem like it was very homey as a place that you could just sit down and enjoy a family gathering, I ordered the half brisket and the macaroni the brisket was okay it wasn't great the macaroni was awful I felt like I was eating raw pasta macaroni very chewy my son ordered the chicken sandwich and he said the tastiest part of his sandwich was to pickle we paid $25 even for a meal and I'll be the first to say that I could have gotten subway for $18 and had a much better meal will I go there again...

She placed an order for a Hook & Ladder sub with specific customizations: extra mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions, and olives. Unfortunately, when she received her sandwich, it was missing key ingredients—there was no mayo, minimal mustard, no tomatoes, and barely any onions.
When she politely brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a lack of concern and responsibility. Rather than correcting the issue appropriately, the staff simply handed her mayo packets and a cup with the missing vegetables on the side. This response not only failed to address the mistake but also conveyed a nonchalant attitude that made her feel unheard and unvalued as a customer.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but the manner in which they are handled makes all the difference. It is disappointing when a brand known for quality and customer service fails to uphold those standards.
