The food itself wasn't bad although my wife's food was Luke warm at best. However the kitchen staff wasn't our issue our waitress was. Other than when she gave us our menus and took our drink orders we barely saw the woman. All of our food and any additional drinks when we were actually giving them were brought by different staff members. That being said we received our biscuits and then none were offered and none were brought after that. We had to wave someone down in order to get a drink and it wasn't our waitress. When our food finally did come out my wife who had ordered a loaded potato did not receive. Which took another 30 minutes to come out. I ordered the unlimited shrimp and every time I asked for more shrimp it took close to 20 minutes for the shrimp to actually come out, and every time I asked about the shrimp I had to remind the waitress what I had ordered that is when I could actually find her to ask. Other staff members tried to help but I will admit that I got aggravating when I asked five times for one specific order of shrimp scampi that never showed up. Finally The last order of shrimp I asked for only came out when I pointed out I had to be to work by Monday and almost today and Saturday I don't think I can wait. They brought me a double batch of coconut shrimp and boxes to take it home in and the waitress finally brought us our check. To be fair we had not yet asked for the check but then again we couldn't find her to ask for it.
To be clear I have been a busboy a waiter and I have worked for large events like weddings. I know being a server is not an easy job and that there are times that it can get very busy and your customers May not get the best service as a result. However to completely ignore us never once asked how we're doing if we want more drinks if we want more biscuits. For us to actually have to try to hunt her down like a missing kid on a milk carton It's just honestly unacceptable. I'm not one to complain when I go somewhere and get service. If I don't get good service I'm honest about it but I try to understand the other side of the coin and that it being a server is not an easy job. That's sad I don't think I've ever received service this poor. My biggest complaint is the simple fact that our waitress was non-existent and had to remind it of what we ordered multiple times when we were having issues. A waiter who is overwhelmed and struggling I can understand where a quick reminder might be needed but if I have to remind you five times it tells me you're just not bothering to pay attention. If I have to spend a good 15-20 minutes looking around the restaurant because I have no clue where you are and all I want to do is ask for the check...
Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review: A Memorable Evening at Red Lobster Thanks to Peaches and Dee
I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but after the experience I had at Red Lobster recently, I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew it was going to be a special evening—and that was all thanks to two incredible team members: Peaches and Dee.
Let me start by saying I’ve been to Red Lobster many times before. It’s always been reliable for good seafood and a warm atmosphere, but this time, everything felt a step above—and the service truly made it unforgettable.
Peaches was the first to greet me, and from that first interaction, I could tell she was passionate about her work. Her energy was warm, genuine, and upbeat. She made me feel like a valued guest, not just another table. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made some fantastic recommendations, including the Lobster Lover’s Dream and the perfectly chilled Lobsterita. Her timing was perfect—she knew exactly when to check in and when to give us space, creating a relaxing and seamless experience.
Then came Dee, who brought the food to the table and assisted throughout the meal. Let me tell you—Dee was just as amazing. Friendly, attentive, and always wearing a smile, Dee made sure everything was served hot, fresh, and just the way we asked. When we had a special request for extra Cheddar Bay Biscuits (who doesn’t love those?!), Dee brought them out without hesitation and even joked with us a bit, making the evening feel fun and lighthearted.
What really stood out was the way Peaches and Dee worked as a team. It’s rare to see such smooth, coordinated service. They had great chemistry, and it showed in the way they bounced off each other and communicated. They anticipated our needs, made us laugh, and made sure we never felt rushed. That kind of attention to detail and care doesn’t go unnoticed.
The food, of course, was incredible. The lobster was tender and flavorful, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and even the sides felt elevated. But what made this dinner truly great was the people. Red Lobster is lucky to have Peaches and Dee on the team, because they understand what hospitality is all about: making people feel welcome, taken care of, and like they’re part of something special.
To whoever manages this location—please recognize these two stars. They made a simple dinner into a memorable night that I’ll be talking about for a long time. Thank you, Peaches and Dee! You two are the reason I’ll...
