I love the amount of supply they have. However I have visited here at least 3 times I know to purchase balloons for a special moment. And each time the balloons go down and lose the helium before it’s time. So it being graduation time. I came and bought over 100 bucks worth of balloons. Especially due to the times we ate faced with I wanted to make my daughter day as special as I can. I got the large 2020 balloons along with some other ones. And the be t day the balloons were going down. The attendant guaranteed 1 week for those balloons. So I called the store 2 days later. And someone said something completely different from what I was told at the time of purchase. That the balloons are only good for 24 hours. So I asked to have the balloons to be blown back up. And the person was really difficult. She was going back and forth with me about the balloons. Very petty and not professional. Well had I known I may have not bought the balloons. Do not come here. First of all, Sonia has very poor customer service. She's rude and demeaning and has no respect for customers. When trying to talk to her, she cuts you off and doesn’t even try to listen or empathize with your situation. Saturday we rented a helium tank. They charged us 100 dollars AND a security deposit of 150. Balloons were blown up at home with the tank we rented, at 4 am SUNDAY for a gender reveal. By 8 am SUNDAY, ALL the balloons were on the floor. The helium had clearly not worked. When we talked to Sonia, she did not care for the situation and had no time to hear our concern. I haven't been here in a long time, they have reorganized but not remodeled. The center had redone the outside of the buildings and have upgraded the facade and store fronts but this place is in need of some serious TLC. The floors, good Lord the floors... Must be 10 year old VCT that needs to be removed badly... Used to be my go to for party supplies and wrapping paper... The wrapping paper wall is now a gift bag wall.
