Sorry this review is a little late but I wanted to share the great service I received from Matt at Average Joe's computer repair. He helped me with my old computer years ago and replaced the screen and it worked great for a few more years until the fan gave out. He suggested getting a newer model given the age of my old laptop and the cost of the repair. So I got a refurbished Dell Latitude and it worked so much better, so much faster and of course updated everything. All was going great until I spilled coffee all over the keyboard. BTW, turn the power of first before trying to soak up the spill! Lesson learned! So that motherboard was fried but the hard drive survived. Matt found a replacement and swaped out the hard drive. I brought the computer back as I was having some blue screen errors and he worked on it twice on a fix and we eventually figured out it was a faulty RAM. He replaced the bad RAM card with upgraded memory at no additional charge. I ended up with an even faster better laptop that I had before. He even reinstalled Microsoft 365 for one year at no addtional charge! No issues since, works like a charm! I highly recommend this company and will be back for my next upgrade or...

This is the best repair shop I have every been to and by far the best in Colorado. I tried to replace the motherboard on my computer and after everything was reassembled it wouldn't boot. Zero signs of life. I brought it to Matthew and within two days he had diagnosed a dead power supply and motherboard (due to errors when I tried my hand at installation). After diagnosis, he got it back up and running, only needing the original board I tried to replace. After coming in to plug back in my SSD's it turns out they were fried too (at least to boot to). He got into the drives and showed that all the data was accessible. Next, he showed me exactly how to get back into them from a stable computer, and how to get the data from them. He formatted one of the drives that I had no important data on, and showed me exactly how to get Windows 10 on to it and how to copy that data back on to it. Average Joe Computer Services has the best customer service of any business I've ever frequented. I called Matthew to ask whether he could just look at my gaming laptop, because the cooling fans suddenly stopped working. Instead, after doing some digging about what went wrong, he assessed the problem and helped me reset the controller on the motherboard (I think that's what we did) over the phone, and now, the fan works like brand new.

Matt took 20 minutes out of his day to help me, someone whom he'd never met or done business with, fix a computer I needed for work. If you need a computer or laptop repaired, you need to go here. Matthew will do whatever he can to fix it, and he's obviously outstanding at diagnosing problems.

I know that when I need my computer fixed or when I'm in the market for a refurbished one, this is where I'll go from now on, and you should, too. I cannot praise this...
