Since was in the area decided to give it a try? This time with 30 min prior to closing. I stood at the door for a while and even though 2 staff me.bers saw me didn't ask if needed to be seated. I can understand were cleaning getting ready for the holidays however customer service and attentiveness is essential.
I finally decided to ask if they were still serving and exclaimed though I was waiting for other customers bit was promptly sat down at a table. I quickly ordered as even if I'm dining in last minute I'm fairly quick eater and if not I'll help myself out before closing time anyways. I paid about 5 minute prior. I ordered shrimp .medium spice with the Cajun seasoning. The spice was a bit more than medium I would say for most. I can eat spicy but glad didnt order hot "pro". It's not that it was super spicy but because it is powder shilli and some parts are still dry it will make you cough a little. Anyways the shrimp was cooked Perfect nice size shrimp and bieve the proper amount for 1 lb. I added potato $1, corn $1 , sausage $4.99 and side of rice $3.50 Totsl came up to $32-$33 w tax.
While the price was not bad my only concern is the lack of options of purchasing 1/2. So you can actually try various types of seafood without having to spend $70+. While the food was tasty I would have to consider vising again for that reason alone.

We sat there waiting for our waiter to greet us. I could see he had his hand full. I didn’t think much of it. But 15 minutes has passed and I looked over and the guy waiter made eye contact with me but still didn’t come greet us. I get it that he’s busy with two large table. But come on, atleast say something. I seen our host taking someone else to their table. I asked her,” can we get a waiter?” She apologize and said he’s busy and really behind.
And she ended up being our waitress. I get it when things get busy. But let us know. Communicate, I’m in a business where I am in the public eyes. And I know You don’t do that. I will not be coming here again because of that. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. Maybe be a little attentive and not leave us hanging. I wouldn’t be complaining. If I’m going to pay that much for what I ordered. I wish I had a better experience. Our new waiter was sweet but the other waiter really piss me off and should have atleast came over and told us something.

We knew most places were going to be packed and this restaurant was no different whatsoever. We were on a wait list for a while and were told the servers were running a little behind, which was understandable and we didn’t mind, the hosts were lovely letting everyone know the sitting situation and kept everyone updated. We had the pleasure of having Esmeralda as our server, she was amazing even after having to deal with rude customers with no patience on a busy busy night. She explained the menu perfectly and we ended up getting peeled shrimp, scallops, crawfish, black mussels, and baby clams. The food was DELICIOUS, we will be coming back again and again! My husband and I were servers back when we were younger so we understand how difficult and stressful it gets to take care of multiple tables at once especially on holidays but the staff here did amazing at their job keeping up with the chaos going on around them.
