Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lakewood

The most embarrassing feeling is when a worker looks at you and you know what there thinking "this chick dont have no money" 😂😳 but I did.......i had to transfer money from cashapp to paypal cuz i only had my paypal card but for whatever reason eventhough it charges a instant transfer fee that ish is not instant! So im just standing there trying not to let my anxiety and embarrassment consume me reassuring this poor worker that sometimes it takes a few minutes to transfer. She was so super nice and patient but after what felt like a lifetime of uncomfortable awkward silence and smiles she finally was like " its ok you can just take it" I wanted to runaway crying but just stood there awkwardly praying for the damn money to transfer but it still did not so she was like "no really its fine just take it, its not a big deal" so in defeat i just took my mangonada tajin thing and walked of shamed it to my lyft 😖😦 I Wish I got her name this was on Wednesday june 5th at around 2pm. Iv only had 1 not so great experience at a dutch bros but other then that the people have always been so nice and upbeat. Always good customer service and of course awesome drinks! Actually dutch bros sounds pretty good right about now if i was close to this location i would totally stop in and make things right either way i will...

As someone who works in customer service and LOVES Dutch Bros, I am very sad to give this Dutch Bros a one star. However, every SINGLE time I go to this location, my order is wrong.

During Fall I always order a pumpkin caramel brulee freeze with extra caramel. Well, it was always extra pumpkin, if I got something extra at all. I don't really like to complain about these things, so I usually just dealt with it, but one of the last times I ordered this drink, I took it back as it had extra pumpkin. I explained that it was supposed to be extra caramel instead. They remade the drink for me, but again, instead of having extra anything, it had nothing.

Today, I went to get a golden eagle chai breve. It was made wrong and I was given the coffee instead. No problem! We handed it back and we told them it was supposed to be a chai. The customer service, was, of course, good! They apologized and remade the drink. However, this time, it was made with regular milk. This is a bit more annoying as the drink is a menu item!! I was excited to try something new, just for it to be wrong.

I do want to finish this review by saying: the customer service is always good! The workers are always very friendly. I just wish that I was getting the drink...

I bounce around to all the different Dutch Bros locations and I come to this one often and usually get good customer service. Yesterday I went and ordered the new Christmas mischief rebel drink with the green apple soft top and, mind you I have ordered this drink from multiple locations already at least seven times. When I received my drink I had a little squiggle of the green apple soft top on the top of my drink. I wish I would have taken a picture, it was actually amusing. When I told the girl at the window that every time I order this drink that the entire top of the drink is covered with the green apple soft top, like in the picture, she took the drink back and handed it to the person who made it. He was very obviously unhappy that he had to add more soft top. He did add some but it wasn't very much and it wasn't the quality that I have become used to since this drink has been released and I started ordering it. There was no reason for him to be unhappy, he should have done it right the first time. The girl at the window was friendly she didn't cop an attitude. I haven't had an experience like that at this location before but it's...
