Never leave negative reviews, ever. First incident was when my shrimp wasn't cut or cleaned right, there was feces on it still!! I politely let them know and she didn't want to take it off of my bill.. she said next time I come in I will get a discount. (Owners helper, older lady.) I came in another time to use the discount and same lady said I couldn't get it .. I said it's okay. She looked very angry with me.. I came in another time and trust my instincts this time and left when I saw her talking to the server a lot after I got my order and she went into the back (very sketchy..) I cancelled my order and left. Forgetting about this time, I come in again with my sister and boyfriend and she eyes me. She repeats what happened the last time, I eat it my food as she passes by my table eyeing the food I am eating, I thought it was weird, but was thinking I was being paranoid.. and I come home. Get the sharpest pains and cramps EVER. I couldn't stand up straight. Went to urgent care.. and what do you know. Food poisoning!!! Got IV and everything. Service: 3.5/5 Service was mostly fast. Our 3 orders were done in about 10 to 15 minutes. We had to remind the waiter to bring our drinks a couple times. It was hard to understand him because he spoke with an accent.

Food: 5/5 Portions are large, even with a medium. You can make 2-3 meals out of a medium pho dish. They have good Boba tea and offer a variety of sauces and condiments.

Price: 4.5/5 Meals were a bit average if not a bit pricy. They cost 15-25 dollars per dish which is fair if you consider that it is 2-3 meals.

Cleanliness: 5/5 I found no issues with the Cleanliness of this restaurant. The staff make sure the surfaces are safe to eat off of and it looks pristine.

Atmosphere: 4/5 I would have liked to see some more decorations, but it's a cozy place to eat. It doesn't feel much like an Asian restaurant besides the food which I wish would be different.

Overall: 22/25 (88%) Summary: Service was fast. A bit of communication issues with the waiting staff but nothing life changing. Portions are large. You get your money's worth. The absolute worst Pho restaurant I’ve ever been to. I ordered a large rare steak pho, they came out within like 30 seconds of me ordering it and all the steak was already gray/cooked all the way through. The texture was awful and I had to douse it with so much soy sauce and limes to get any flavor at all. I wanted to complain (which I NEVER do; I’m a stoner and even if something isn’t fantastic I’ll still eat it lol. But I was in a hurry to get back to work so I ate a few bites and got it to go and left (their menu said $10.95 for the large and my total came out to $13 something which made no sense). I went to eat it for my lunch a few hours later and I don’t know what old/nasty stuff that meat was but it was absolutely horrendous.
