🌟 5-Star Review 🌟 Visited on: Sunday Order: Brown Sugar Boba
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. I stopped by this past Sunday and had the pleasure of ordering a brown sugar boba, and I honestly haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. You can tell that the people who work here genuinely care—not just about the drinks they serve but about the experience they create for every customer who walks through the door. And my friend, who works here, was no exception.
Watching them work behind the counter, I saw not just someone making drinks, but someone who takes pride in their craft. They moved with purpose, focus, and heart. There was something really inspiring about it—how even in the small details, like sealing a cup or greeting a customer, they carried themselves with care and kindness. It wasn’t just a job to them—it was service, it was joy, it was community.
Now, let’s talk about the drink—because wow. That brown sugar boba was on another level. The balance was perfect—the richness of the brown sugar wasn’t overpowering but deeply flavorful, and the milk had that silky texture that brings everything together. The boba pearls? Soft, warm, chewy—absolutely fresh. You can always tell when the tapioca is made with intention, and this was exactly that.
But more than just the drink, it was the overall experience that made this visit stand out. In a world that can feel so fast-paced and impersonal, stepping into this shop—even just for a few minutes—felt like a breath of fresh air. It was a reminder that hospitality still matters, that connection still matters, and that excellence doesn’t have to come with pretense.
To my friend who served me—you might not realize how much of a difference you make, but I see it. I saw it this Sunday. And I want you to know that your effort, your warmth, and your heart don’t go unnoticed. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re a light in that space, and it truly shows.
I’ll definitely be back soon—next time, maybe I’ll try a matcha or taro, but one thing’s for sure: I know I’ll be met with quality, and more importantly, care.
Thank you for making Sunday not just sweet, but meaningful. Thank you Abby

Read moreThe worst customer service. As we are trying to order and have kids with us they refuse to let anyone use the restroom until you have fully paid. Seeing that people need to use the restroom they state that you can use after you pay. As we pay and are now fully paid and ask for bathroom they state they will get it in a moment then stand behind the counter laughing about it. As a Business right nextdoor to a extremely popular place that serves kids you would expect more professional people yet I am amazed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. And would recommend that you avoid this place. As well as they sit behind the counter on their phones as the story lobby has small plastic trash on the floor tables are sticky as if they wipe with water and this is only the stuff I can witness while being in the store for the...

The drinks themselves were solid — probably the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. But the customer service was genuinely awful. We were the only people in the shop, and the employee acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience of her day.
It was our first time there, so we took a moment to look at the menu, and she talked to us like we were wasting her time. Even after clearly stating our order, she was dismissive, rushed us, and made us repeat ourselves — not because we were unclear, but because she wasn’t paying attention and made it feel like we were the problem.
Honestly, good drinks don’t make up for being treated like a nuisance just for walking in the door. I don’t think I’ll...
