Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Lancaster Township

Gave 2 stars only because I can often find good clearance items. Outside of that I absolutely dread walking through these doors but being that it's around the corner from my house, it's a convenient stop if I need an article of clothing. The women who work here are UNPROFESSIONAL in every way. Grown women bad mouthing their co-workers in front of customers. They never make it a point to greet you when you walk in or ask if you need help with anything. God forbid you interrupt their gossip session to ask for help, you get the eye rolling and teeth sucking. They should be embarrassed. While I know retail work is draining and even demanding, nobody forced them to be there. Find a new job. There is one specific employee, older women, currently has blue hair, clearly the oldest of the bunch who is as rude and nasty as they come. As the "senior" employee an example should be set by her behavior and showing these younger workers how to carry themselves accordingly. Go in there for shorts because they have good prices on them some stuff crazy over priced but niece goes in with stuff that was bought to return a 5.99 tank top was in the bag from another shopping day she walked straight in to the front dodnt shop around her purpose was to exchange what she had the manager kept the shirt because it wasn't on that receipt that she brought on told her until she came back with the receipt that shows that shirt she couldn't have that shirt back she kept saying that it was probably not scanned or on another receipt needless to say she tried to make it make scenes but it just didn't mind u I live across the street so im there all the time we are not there's but I felt like I was robbed shes 13 come on now we went back and was offered store credit because they have to know that it didnt make scense dont ever take anything back in that's not on the receipt because you won't get it back and they'll try and steal from you!
