Iris Club — Attraction in Lancaster

Iris Club N Duke St. Lancaster PA The worst experience ever. May 2023. The Place had a mad odor, the day of the wedding. The decorator help by having fresh flowers. There is a refrigerator that is full of food and bugs. The owner stay in the kitchen the whole time. I found her with one of our serving spoon in her mouth licking the pork of it. She kept opening all the food and picking out of them. Would not like is clean up after ourself. She was in the middle of everything and in the way. I had to tell her help move over so we can clean. My wedding was ruined. This place was dirty like no one ever dusted in months. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Carpet was not clean stains every where. My wedding pictures had to be black and white so you can't see the floor. My family had to clean the bathrooms my aunt vacuumed the floors. The kitchen is like a storage room. The lady that runs the place is rude. My family has rented this place many of times in the past and never looked like this. I asked for some of my money back as they charged me $2800 and plus $500 deposit all I'm getting back is my deposit. Lost my money on pictures that I'm embarrassed to show friends and family. Stay away from this place at all cost. The owner is an elderly Karen who micro managed everything. When setting up out party was told to hurry up. We also were yelled at by her for parking at the clubs parking spaces and told to park on the street. Then the final straw she entered the room where all the groomsmen were changing while some were half naked and told to pick up after ourselves And told we would be charged $500 for using the very room we were changing in.
