WORST EXPERIENCE EVER â STAY AWAY FROM NEXTGEN TECH
This was by far one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences Iâve ever had at a store. I went in originally to get my phone fixed, but instead of helping me with a repair, the staff convinced me that buying a ânewâ phone from them would be cheaper and a better option. I trusted them, paid $260+ upfront, and they told me the phone would be ready the next day at 12 PM. I showed up on time, just like they said, and they told me they didnât have the phone. Seriously?! They told me to come back at 5 PM the next day. I did. Still no phone. At that point I was beyond frustrated. I kept asking for updates and they were ignoring me like I was bothering them. Eventually, they finally admitted they had the phone â after I basically had to beg for it. They said it would only take 30 minutes to transfer my data⌠it took them almost an hour. Completely disorganized and unprofessional the entire time. Now letâs talk about the phone they gave me: itâs complete garbage. It has low data, barely any storage, and when I try to make calls, it says âScam Likelyâ â like what kind of phone even is this?? This is NOT what I paid for, and I feel like I was lied to, scammed, and taken advantage of. I want my money back. This place is shady. Donât waste your time or money here â go anywhere...
   Read morePaid over $300 up front and waited almost 2 weeks for the "screen". Wrong model came in, it happens. I request expedited shipping on the re-order and get assured by an employee they will rush ship it. A week goes by, they don't answer their business phone for 2 days on the third day they tell me it will be in tomorrow and they will call when delivery truck gets it to them. I wait 2 additional days and have to call 4 times in a row for them to answer just to tell me the wrong model came in again. I let them know I am going in for a refund and they tell me o.k. I show up (Friday) and the worker tells me there isn't enough cash in the drawer and I need to come back Monday. I told him to call the owner so we can get the refund settled and this clown has the nerve to say he is at home with his family. I left with a full refund, but I had to argue for it and drove 120 miles total going back and forth with this sorry excuse of a business. Plus, I wasted almost a month of my time all because they don't do screen seperations and claim they recieved the wrong refurbished phone model twice, (no accountability)they blame their supplier (continue to use them), and their communication is non-existant.    Read moreBrought in an IPad Pro almost a month ago, the wrong battery was ordered i didn't get a call to let me know that the wrong battery was ordered and it was going to take an extra week. I get it . Then when the battery came in they didn't call me to let me know it was in and that, the battery was not the issue 2 1/2 weeks by now. i go in to see what going on they said it was a board ans that it will take another week. a week and half goes by i go in because again i get no phone call. They say that it wasn't the board and that they will need another week to look at it. I asked for my item back and took the 120.00 battery lose. I asked for the old battery they said they recycled it. usually these placed keep the battery until the customer is happy with the item. I took my iPad pro to another repair guy, he opened it in front of us and showed us that they put after market parts not apple parts, and it was put back together incorrectly, not protector seal for the components. this IPad had never been repaired before these guys.
