What a cool nightclub/bar/restaurant on multiple floors. Very busy with a young college crowd with a presence of thirty year olds and a few parent aged as well. Everyone there got along excellent and the young crowd was enjoying themselves and were incredibly respectful. Thr staff was professional, quick, and courteous, a well ran business here. Now, for the reason we made the 1 hour and 15 minute trip from Maryland. The live music. Lots of seating at tables, the bar and booths with a large dance floor. We made the trip to see a great Blue's Band "Benjamin Vo and his Blue's Band" Benjamin ( a cross between Jimmi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn) is a music genius with his technical playing, great vibes, stage performance, while feeling the energy and feeding off the crowd as well as his fellow band members. Fransçois (Schroeder on steroids) on the keyboard reminds me of a young Jerry Lee Lewis. WOW! His technical skills along with his expert improvisations combined with his feeling for the music is nothing short of Hollywood TV production quality; but with the artist in complete control. The (OG) Jare the drummer keeping everything in rhythm reminds me of a "Robert Plant" but playing the Skins instead of a guitar. He has a very unique playing style with elbows up that is as exciting to watch as is listening to his years of experience and wisdom. His humble attitude, good vibes, and his is own performance is an art form. All three of these gentlemen make you feel like you are having lunch with a High school friend while at the same time you think you are at The Grammys watching a seasoned Head liner perform for the nation. When you can have the audience dancing, interacting with each other and begging for encores and have brought people together acting kind to each other; you have a gift. Benjamin, you are a Force in continuing to bring the true meaning of Blues to old and young...

I had the worst experience at this establishment, which I’m sharing as a first-time visitor from out of town. My family and I were excited to attend a 2000 event, but unfortunately, our visit was cut short in the most upsetting way.
Upon arrival, we paid to enter and were looking for a place to hang our coats near the restrooms. There was a long line for the women's restroom, so several women, including my nieces, briefly entered the men’s restroom. We were quickly asked to leave, which we did without issue. However, when we inquired whether other women were asked to leave as well, we were escorted out of the facility.
We had only been inside for less than 10 minutes, so I politely requested a refund. The staff member at the front said it would be possible, but we needed to remove the stamps they had given us. As I wiped mine off easily, a staff member—who claimed to be a manager—proceeded to use a permanent marker on my family members to “remove” their stamps. This was unnecessary, as the stamps could have easily been wiped off.
When my niece refused to show her stamp, the so-called manager became hostile. He forcibly pushed her out of the door, despite us already being ready to leave. My niece is small, and I was shocked by his aggressive behavior. There was no reason for this level of hostility, and it was completely unprofessional.
I’m deeply disappointed in how my family and I were treated. We felt targeted and mistreated, and I’m appalled by the conduct of both the staff and the so-called manager. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone based on how we...
Read moreWe had a large family group on a Weds eve, age range 26-65. Some of our party had been before, said there were multiple food venders/options and nice big tables on the rooftop. The rooftop and big tables were the only lovely thing. The staff was either surly or unhelpful, right from the opening attitude of the bouncer. Only the sushi/Asian food option was available that evening. The available chefs were clearly working very hard but they got behind and then just started refusing to take orders. So 90% of our group ordered and they refused the last 2. I guess this is because you go to a window and order individually, not as a table. We had great sympathy for the chefs. When we very politely explained we were perfectly happy to drink with friends on the roof and wait over an hour for the food if we could just place an order so we could eat with our party, the kitchen staff continued to refuse to take another order and a confrontational waitress came up and told us to get lost. When I tried to explain to her we just wanted to place an order so we could eat with our party, she said I was in her face and I should back off. I’m short and older and I was so taken aback I felt attacked myself. Because most of our party ordered and paid for food already, they stayed. A few of us left and went to an establishment nearby (Anne Baileys), where we got lovely service and good food but missed out on the birthday party with our family. I would never go there again food. For a drink on the rooftop, if you can tolerate the rude staff for the moments needed to get a beer it’s probably still okay. But if you don’t need the rooftop, I’d just go...
