I'm in love with this place! I've been in the store several times now, and each time, the customer service is phenomenal and everyone is polite and helpful. What originally appealed to me was the spices and that was my reason for wanting to stop in in the first place. It's almost overwhelming how much of a selection they have because you just want to buy them all. I love the Crazy Chicken, Garlic Aioli and I need to try the pizza one next. I've never been much of a tea drinker but with it getting cold out, I thought I'd try their Blueberry Black Tea after how good it smelled... now I'm hooked and need an actual teapot so I can make large amounts at once. They also have so many cute and charming little kitchen gadgets - dip bowls, kitchen utensils, even candles that are adorable. Agreed that it's a tad on the pricey side but any seasoning or tea blend you could ever want is there and the quality is 10/10. I hugely recommend...

I've gone to this shop many times and have always left satisfied and happy with my experience. I love trying the different spices and salt blends and the staff has always been very helpful and enthusiastic about their product. It makes shopping here fun!

Recently, I ordered a bunch of salt and sugar blends to play with while stuck at home. I emailed this store directly and found them to be very helpful and still as enthusiastic about their product as usual. They delivered my order the next day (including a bonus sample, which I loved and need to order more of!) I made an awesome batch of gingersnaps and topped them with ginger sugar. Made the shut in feel festive!

I don't write many reviews, but this branch of the Spice and Tea exchange deserves all the positive reviews I see for it. A fantastic store with wonderful people. I can't wait to visit this store again!...

So glad that we stopped in here today while walking through the snow and taking in the wonder of the city. What an awesome shop. The staff member was very friendly and stopped what he was doing to come and explain the shop briefly to us and ask if there was anything we were looking for in particular.

We wandered through the wall after wall of spices, teas, sweeteners, mugs, and rows and rows of a huge variety of salts and peppers. What a real gem of a store. We were very happy with our purchases - two mugs with strainers and lid, some sweetener, black tea w/blueberries, and a tumeric, ginger and mixed herbs tea.
