Iām a baby boomer and have been around. I have even grown my own off an AHFI CLONE straight from the Middle East. Itās very old history now, which is the only reason I am telling you this. I went legal as soon as I was able. The problem is, the industry has been permeated with low quality product. And most of the tenders, and even the owners did not really seem concerned with their clients. What things have changed? This dispensary has my allegiance. I was bouncing around. I was having issues getting the same product at the same place. I also found that conversations regarding their operations, and or observations that might be contrary, turned into an adversarial position very easily. Even ones that I frequented had almost no tolerance or patience to have a discussion. And those would be interrupted at length by other individuals that came in after me. Basically terrible customer service and an inability to repeat a perfectly decent sale of product. Something new all the time plus shortages when I took it home and weighed it on the scales I have from sad history. And they had a problem with me when I called them on it. So far this dispensary has been exemplary in product and customer service. I feel like I am walking into a friends house instead of into the CIA expecting me to do something criminal. They are very friendly very knowledgeable. I really donāt know what else there is to say. Anyone that knows me knows that I have high tolerance levels and I also really enjoy a quality Smoke and they also know that I am sometimes very hard to please when I give a good review, I think itās extremely...

Went in yesterday to color match a concealer but couldn't find it. Walked by 3 girls taking to each other about 3 times obviously looking around for something and finally I had to interrupt their personal conversation to ask where it was.. and the tall one got visibility frustrated and gave me such an attitude š if you're that pressed about having to work while on the clock to point someone to a product, this isn't the gig for you.
I then was swatching different contour products and watched the same girls enthusiastically help teenage and undergrad aged groups coming in that wanted nothing to do with them. š Weird.
The cashier though was super nice and wasn't offended by me shopping there. By then though i was really put off and was acting grumpy about not being able to get a second opinion on my color match. If I knew I wouldn't get help I would have just ordered online or through a different retailer.
I feel for those talking about being racially profiled here. when I came in a year ago my friend I went there with was treated poorly, and she is not white. Thought it was a one time thing but the other reviews make me think not.
The vibe here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this Sephora location in early September. I initially exchanged an item purchased at Kohlās Sephora, not knowing that a stand-alone Sephora location isnāt supposed to accept Kohlās returns. The store processed the return anyway and allowed me to exchange it for a new item. However, they failed to link the new purchase to my Sephora account, even when I had typed in my phone number. When I later tried to return the exchanged item, I no longer had the receipt but had proof of purchase through my credit card statement. I do understand that I should have had the receipt and that would have made the process smoother, but since the purchase should have been linked to my Sephora account, I didnāt anticipate any issues. Iāve always used my phone number for returns or exchanges without a problem in the past. Despite seeing their mistake in not linking the purchase, the staff would not assist me with the return. I am now left with a product that doesnāt benefit me in any way.
This is not the first disappointing experience Iāve had at this location, and because of their pattern of customer service, I donāt think Iāll be returning to this Sephora...
