DO NOT use them for PSA grading. Sent this card in with no damage comes back with a visible gunk on the back of the card and scratches. Couldn't reach them all day yesterday, couldn't see this in their stores low lighting. Finally reached someone today and he was extremely rude right from the start saying it should have been addressed in store. And then I brought up how I was forced at submission to remove my card from a professional grade protective sleeve, and buy their cheap and dirty sleeve that he pulled from a drawer, and he said said why wasn't that addressed then, I said it was and you said I had to. I've called multiple other GameStop locations and was told that isn't the case, his only response is that they're violating company policy, which I highly doubt GameStop's policy says to put a card in a sleeve covered in dirt and all kinds of crap from your filthy drawer. I proceeded to ask for them to have a district of reginal manager contact me and he was very hesitant and said I'll try can't guarantee anything. I was told specifically by GameStop's corporate that the store has to escalate and have a higher up contact me, it is highly unlikely that they will do this. Luckily I took pictures before and after. Read moreI had ordered and paid cash for a game to be delivered to my house from their online store. I was told it be delivered 1-3 days after purchase, just to get an email on the 3rd day saying it was declined. So I called up 10 different times in the day to resolve this, but with no answer and had my called end twice with no answer or call back. So I went up to the store, I even tried calling in the store and saw no one even answered it. When I went up, I was upset by the lack of help. Even when I waited in line to be seen and helped, all she did was say she will call GameStop services, didn’t even say my name right to them. When she got off, she said it was still being delivered and they will send an email. Which I never received. So after calling in my car to get my own information, I was told they had either lost the order or they didn’t have any copies available at this time. So instead of waiting for non-existing game to show up, I went in for a refund, had my recite and everything to show in the emails I had. She told me their was nothing she could do, so I have to waste more of my time and gas just to go the next day and deal with the manger, because she said only they can deal with it. He worked countless hours and never truly had a day off because he always made himself available to his employees because he truly cared. He missed countless holidays, family functions, funerals and so on. He loved his customers and wanted them to have a positive experience and leave happy because retail business relies on returning customers. More than once he used his own money to help a customer in need (I know this because he's my husband and we made these decisions together). He took great pride in sharing his knowledge of video games with others and was always looking for ways to promote and market products. My family took great pride in helping him promote and market products because he loved his job and we wanted him to be successful. My husband no longer works for this corporation and I am extremely hurt by the way he was treated in the end. GameStop does not care about their employees or the lives they destroy.
