Harbor Freight — Attraction in Laredo

A lot of cheap tools which help to solve your fixing issues without too much expense. Their personnel is not too fond on the customer service/help area. It seems that they are fed up with dealing with too many customers. I will attest that this place has been packed with people the times that I have visited it. In this store you are on your own if you need help with finding an item. I wouldn't buy there again - that's Harbor Freight in Laredo at San Bernardo Ave. Never again. Tried to refund an item today and was rudely treated by the store manager. Guess he forgot that customers pay his salary. Company needs to sent him back to the unemployment line. They need to do a better job at training their employees. I have spend a good sum of money at Harbor Freight in the past, but never again. You've just lost a good customer. I'll rather pay a higher prices at other stores, than to buy there again. Hubby’s must-go store for tools. Prices are affordable. Though tools are not of premium quality, they get the job done.

I’m not a tools person but some items caught my fancy when we shopped there yesterday. Low-priced plastic tool boxes. Cordless and electric engraver. Dragonfly solar light. Pop-up lantern. Very cheap flip light. Thunderbolt Solar Panel Kit - depending on the wattage, this can power-up smartphones and even boats. I will need to research about it.
