My last experience was horrible. Was pretty excited I finally had some time to go there since I got out early from work and live a bit to far to go during the day. Went in about an hour before closing, got the usual late customer death stares from employees. An hour before closing isn't cutting it to short in my opinion but as a service industry employee I get it. Kind of. Sat at a booth and saw waitresses with brooms and dust pans in hand pass us by several times. Manager was also seen conversing with the same servers and I was hoping I would get service after that. Nope waited 10 minutes and nothing. Ok, servers probably had a long day, whatever. Moved over to the bar area where I waited for another 10 minutes with no service. Finally got tired of waiting so I waved down a server that had been walking by. Was rudely greeted so I asked for a manager. Server said they needed to know why I had to speak to management in order for them to speak to me. I suppose the server told management the complaint I had wasn't worth their time because after 10 minutes of waiting again only a bartender that saw my frustration begrudginly came by. To little to late though. I won't be going back and definitely will tell friends and family not to waste their time with a place that takes their guest...
Read morePlace has like 10 ppl max eating during lunch hour when we arrived. We stand for at least 3 mins before we get seated even though 1 waitress saw us and continued her business in front not giving a heads up to anyone that there is someone waiting. Then someone pops out from the back to get us situated. We placed our order, 50 mins passed and notice same waitress bringing a group of ppl that arrived probably 10 mins or so after us their food before us.. HELLO DONT YOU SEE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?? We get ahold of someone else other than our waitress to see what the hold up is. They check the back, the waitress who did nothing when we entered tells us that the order was taken to the WRONG table says "manager apologizes blah blah, we'll make you some fresh wings." I've heard better lies/excuses, no way someone is going to eat an order they didn't place. Especially with an appetizer(unless they were waiting forever as long as we were, then I honestly don't blame them). Somebody fumbled the order. Wasted our time, if I could leave no stars I would but this review requires at least 1. Not the first time I've had horrible service here, but this is ridiculous. Wont be back ever, screw anything they try to offer to rectify this...
Read moreI don’t typically leave negative reviews after just one bad experience, but this has happened multiple times, and I feel it’s worth sharing. My boyfriend and I visited last Wednesday for the 6 for $19.99 deal. While we were greeted, the host didn’t seem very engaged, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Once seated, the table and chairs were sticky and felt a bit dirty. We waited about 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and because of the slow service, we also placed our food order at the same time. The drinks took another 5-7 minutes to arrive, which would’ve been more understandable if the restaurant was busy, but there were only about 10 tables with plenty of servers available. It was frustrating to watch the servers chatting in circles while our drinks were still not delivered.
When the food finally came out, it wasn’t hot — just lukewarm, indicating it had been sitting for a while before being brought to us.
