Lady with green hair in cashier drive thru today @8:15pm was sooo rude, went to pickup an online order they kept saying they couldn't hear me (the name) I spoke up a bit louder even spelled out my name n she kept saying lauren on purpose even tho she spelled out my name correctly after I did, then proceeded to just say ur order isn't ready with just silence followed afterwards n then says pull up. After waiting in drive thru window for 4min empty no sign of anyone she proceeds to say ur order was not ready in a rude way n says "I need to see the order" I show her n then pretends that she can't see my phone I zoom n then she slides with her finger.. yet already had the order there while putting in the bag she tells the other co worker of hers that i ask what the name n she said "lauren idk how to say the name n mummbles something off" in front of me. Worst experience ever not my fault they get mad for correcting them in how to say a name properly. Did not want to get a wrong order I was not rude what so ever compared to the employee everywhere

Perhaps the best donut shop ever! Honestly, the donuts always taste amazing and you can't ask for a better donut. If you ever have a craving for donuts, Krispy Kreme is the best place for them.

Krispy Kreme has a vast array of donuts available for purchase such as sugar, glazed, maple and chocolate and offers some of them with sprinkles. Incredible. There should be a donut for your tastes in it.

While you're waiting for your donut, if you're lucky to be in when the red neon sign is on, you'll receive a fresh donut. I hadn't tasted a hot and ready donut until today and it was a treat. I would highly recommend entering when the neon sign is on.

I also recommend getting the app since rewards and offers are available and can give you more donuts. Personally, I used my new membership with the app to get a free glazed dozen with a purchase of an assorted dozen. Trust me, it was worth it.

I'm from Dallas and my family lives in nuevo laredo, so I left early from work on Thursday so I can make it on time to buy donut for my family. The website says dinner is open till 10 pm and drive thru till 12 am , well it was a waste of time 🤨😏. Got there at 9 30 pm and they were closed and drive thru too , an old and young guy was there cleaning and didn't even came to the window to tell that they were closed waited for about 10 minutes.
