Marin Country Mart — Attraction in Larkspur

The one star represents the few remaining businesses left at this mall with any real value to most of our community. This place is really going downhill. The owner is kicking out so many businesses that have been owned and operated by local entrepreneurs and replacing them with stores that it's hard to tell what they are even selling. Clearly, us working folks are not the target audience; it's too bad. I just learned that the Thai restaurant that has been at this shopping center for 18 years is getting kicked out at the end of the month. This after they kicked out the Brew Co., Larkspur Landing Vet, and various other community serving businesses. These business are being replaced by sham companies like Belcampo, remember them? They were the "high-end" meat company that was actually getting some of their meat at Costco and selling it for MUCH higher prices. There was also Wise Sons...supposedly a great deli that was among the worst restaurants I've ever eaten at. Their meat was SO salty...they are gone now too. It seems as though the perception of "high-end" is of greater value at this mall than actually having good shops and restaurants that serve the community at large.

Amazing place located right next to the Bay waters. Offers food trucks on sundays 11:00am to 3:00 pm I believe that carried variety of cuisines. Absolutely enjoyed food from Casablanca Morrocon & Mediterranean food truck ( sweet potato fries, veggie platter, burger, baklava) everything was delicious! Definitely recommend this to everyone. There were other trucks that offered Buddha bowls and salads. This place totally pet friendly as you can see a water bowl outside every store. There is a small pet store with maxing collection of chew toys and snacks for your little paw buddies. There is pressed juice that we got some natural fruit/veggie juices from. There’s a beautiful bookstore and many other clothing and look stores as well. Must Visit place of you are in the area. Plenty of parking around, restrooms available next to the pet store and friendly service...

Larkspur Landing is an outdoor, high end boutique shopping center. It has lots of great options for lunch and dinner. There are also many clothing and specialty stores. The prices for all are on the high to very high end. It's perfect for the Marinite with too much money and time on their hands to wander through on a weekday.

Key places include Starbucks and the Marin Brewing Company. You will also find a 24 Hour Fitness, Bed Bath & Beyond. Try Three Twin Ice Cream for a treat.

Unique features/services include valet parking occasionally available, a small dog run with grass and baggies provided, and a Farmer's Market on Saturdays 9am-2pm,
