Where do I begin... so how would you feel if you came home (68+miles Alamogordo) and realized you left about a 3rd of what you bought (spent over 500 bucks) and so I called customer service and asked about the items missing the lady said that she didn't have the items.. I then asked "so no employees said anything about a customer leaving items at the cash register like I was very specific about what I was missing! She then said just go ahead bring receipt and we will either refund or replace missing items I said we'll I can't until tomorrow so another 68 miles back and let's hope I leave a happy customer...only then I will change this post! I've counted all of my items I came home with and all together I should have 63 items and only came home with 42 items!!! 21 items are missing!!!! Like you can't tell me that the cashier had no cluee?!! That's way to many.... I'm sorry but someone has some explaining to do! If that was my employee and I received a phone call ... I would definitely do some QC ASAP! I believe that the girl was new becuz how long it took like over 15 mins which I didn't have any issue especially if she was new so I just bit my lip and tried focusing on my son until I had to pay. I'm at a loss and I'm extremely upset because the items missing was for my niece and nephew bday! So I hope and pray we can resolve this in a timely manner! This is my very first negative post ever and I hope I can turn this into a positive post! Fingers crossed! What...
Read moreI've been to probably 20 different targets in my life, and this is by far the worst. It isn't stocked that well, at least half the time i've gone. And today my mom and I went to the cafe to get some popcorn that was freshly popped and we could smell it. As we were walking up the black lady with braids that was working ( and i use the term "Working" loosely) yelled, "we're not open". I said "can we get popcorn, it just smelled so good"? She said "we're not open". So i asked what time they opened. She said 10. (Also a first for a target, i've never seen them not open early) I looked at my phone and it was 9:56. I said "really, we can't get popcorn"? she acted all dramatic like we were putting her out, when she was playing on the phone when we walked up in the first place, and started throwing popcorn in a bag. And then i made the mistake asking if we could get a soda with it. Oh my God, you would've thought I asked her to donate a kidney. She rolled her eyes to the point they almost got stuck. And basically threw the stuff at us. My moms mouth was hanging open. It was a ridiculous situation. And i've NEVER dealt with a target employee like that before. She needs to be canned. We won't go back to them anymore. Just not...
Read moreI had been shopping at Wally's. But they are so very rude and disrespectful. They argued over an incorrect price and implied that I was stupid. There's a lot more to that story. End of relationship.
I had shopped at the Target on Lohman a few times. They had great prices on eggs, cheese, and milk; competitive on other things. It comes down to the way Target treats me vs Wally. Target employees smile when they talk to me. I feel appreciated. They escort me to products I'm looking for. The shelves are stocked. The store has a refreshing, clean feel to it. There is an overall feeling of quality and attentive Management; customer oriented.
I don't mind spending an extra penny on a can of cat food when I am well treated and respected. Target has EARNED my loyalty.
1/30/19: Price creep - Cat food up .11/can, now $0.59. Wally's still $0.48. Other items regularly purchased also up staggering amounts. There's a big Wally's a mile away and that's where my shopping...
