They tout themselves as a Great place to grow your business and become financially independent. As a former vendor here I can attest to the fact that this isnt the case at all. I spent four months here selling and barely made rent. The management in the office is rude, unprofessional, and treat vendors like second class citizens. The only thing they care about is how much money they can make from you in booth rent, late fees, fines, and anything else they can get from you. If you want to move booths to a better area they make you bid for the booth in a silent auction, Whoever bids the most gets the booth. They keep control of your business and dont allow promotion of any kind such as handing out business cards in the aisle. The other vendors here are very cut throat and dont take kindly to new vendors. I was harrassed and threatened many times by other vendors in this flea market who would pass by saying in raised voices how my product was inferior, and that I dont make sales and they are millionaires.
The other vendors would also show up to my business with notebooks and write down all my pricing and take pictures of my product. Eventually these vendors copied my product and placed it on their shelves. I put in written complaints about the harrassment and was told that I am the one who is the aggressor and that I should stop harrassing other vendors. I was also told by the Main office manager that I am a bad business person. What it came down to is these vendors had more booths than I did so the swap meet opted to take their side and let a new vendor like me be bullied by their customers with more money and feel like I have no recourse. I also had maintenance issues, my booth lost power on a given day and I didnt want to close my booth to go into the office and report the issue risking a fine. I sent an email asking that the issue be looked at. The email response was that they would send someone this time but I needed to come in person into the office to report this kind of issue. Not sure why to this day since they refuse to explain anything.
Security is also just as rude as the main office. I had a customer that decided to stalk my business because I wouldnt give him a deep discount on my product. I called security and asked them to get him away from my business since he was harrassing me and being aggresive. I was told by security that I needed to apologize to the customer, I refused. When the customer came back to continue harrasing me I called for security to help again to which they answered “What do you think were gonna do, we aint doin sh1t for you”. I had to shut down my business until the customer decided to leave and stop threatening me.
My humble suggestion, if you are looking for a place to open or grow a business find any place but this one. I can say this, they do get a lot of traffic but it only benefits them since they get $1 a person. There is no help at all for a growing business in here, in fact they make life harder for you than it has to be. What happened to small businesses being kind and helping each other out? Those days are long gone at the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet!
PS: the response they posted here is a lie. The vendor is still in there and thriving, leaving them free to continue intimidating and harassing...

Nov/ 2024 Thank God for the honest owner of the Best Music booth store inside fantastic swap, meet booth, H4. I accidentally left an item there the day before I got there next day before it opened and it was still sitting in the same place. Anyway, I’ll post some pictures of his business because he sells a lot of used items that are great prices and I think Donna for being there the day before to help me out. By the way, management and security who help me out to retrieve my item were great wonderful people so kudos to you all the staff.

WOW How could I have ever missed D's Nuts booth #B-30. Mr Shanon& Margaret really got it going on there when it comes to unique custom jewelry that's powder coated and made from hexagonal nuts. I've included a couple pictures here that show some of his unique work. I picked up a military camouflage colored bracelet that I simply love and another stainless steel bracelet with but unique disco ball magnetic wrist lock. I was blown away by such a simple but great creative idea that Shannon and Margaret come up with. He made me a copper ankle bracelet that I know has made my injured ankle feel great. There's something mystical and magical about copper when worn next to the body. Y'all got to get down to his booth and check it out it's a shout and you'll be magically inspired if you want to try something on and walk out owning it. He will make it custom for you right on the spot . Enjoy, Jesus cares say your prayers. mn
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Enjoyed the great gifts and huge assortment of stuff, creative goodies and great conversation with neighbors and new acquaintances. The metal iron giants like Hulk and Bumble Bee were exquisitely detailed & a great gift to someone who has the best of the best and wants something unique, handcrafted 1 of a kind and has expensive discounted taste. Tell Anthony Marco Polo says hello and you saw his goodies in metal artwork on Google.

Read moreUsed to love this place been going here since I was a little girl never had any complaints til last weekend my kids ,husband and I were harrased by a new vendor of a Boba tea shop just because we sat on a bench next to her spot to eat coconut and snacks we purchased from a different vendor the second we sat down she stopped what she was doing and came over to tell us we couldn't sit there and continued for 3 minutes that she was going to call security on us because we weren't allowed to sit there and eat even though there was other benches with people eating snacks my husband told her to leave us alone . My 3 year old spilled her candy and started crying because her candy fell like any other toddler would . She ran towards us to tell us "This is why I DON'T WANT YOU PEOPLE TO SIT HERE ALL YOU PEOPLE DO IS MAKE A MESS AND HAVE CRYING BABIES " I told her if she didn't like to be around kids maybe she picked the wrong place to open a business since it's a family swapmeet . She shushed my baby and my kid cried louder because she got scared then this lady had the audacity to try to cover her mouth I warned her not dare touch my kid . My husband started yelling for security finally the security came and while we tried telling him what was going on she proceeded to harass us he had to tell her to go in her booth and stay quiet ! He apologized even asked my husband to go make a statement . I continued to sit on the bench with my 2 kids the entire time she was telling me how she's a better parent because her kids would never cry in public I tried ignoring her then finally the manager came and completely ignored me . The manager went straight to the vendor and was agreeing with her I interrupted and told her what was really going on and she didn't care . In the 20th century a manager of this establishment made me get up from a bench a "Relocate " me and my kids to a different spot I was moved from a bench !!! It's my right as a human to be able to sit and not be moved Rosa PARKS fought for this many years ago . When I told the manager she was being racist all she could say was the benches were a liability to sit on . I will never go back to this establishment I have never been treated this badly . And I thanked the security guard who helped me and the vendors next to her who were supportive and we're trying to apologize for the rude vendor and managers actions and even thanked me and my husband for speaking up and accusing them as being racist many customers heard what was going on and walked out with us and I hope this never happens to anyone and that vendor gets kicked out until then my friends and family will never be back I'll stick with...
