Flowers at Lakeside — Attraction in Las Vegas

I had two bridesmaids bouquets, my bridal bouquet, and arch flowers done by this florist as it was the vendor recommended by my venue. The two bridesmaids bouquets were just fine and looked like the inspiration photos I provided. The arch flowers were horrible. I picked a sample picture of work they previously did and was very clear to them that I wanted the same style and that photo, but with less white flowers and more greenery and sunflowers. My arch flowers did not have a single sunflower and was primarily 75% white flowers. I was also told by the florist they would dye/spray the hydrangeas to match our colors better, and that wasn't done either. My bridal bouquet was horrible as well. It was supposed to be cascading with full greenery all throughout, yet it was scraggly and sparse all over. I had to cut some of them off and rearrange them the day of to make it appear more cohesive and look better. It was also very apparent some of the flowers were loose and damaged. My mom recently had surgery and was at Mountain View hospital. I'm located in California and she's in Las Vegas. I've sent flowers several times without seeing them, and they have always looked different then what I originally ordered. At times they were even already half dead. I was nervous to spend a lot of money again on flowers, but wanted to send my mom some. So I called Flowers at Lakeside in Las Vegas and spoke with Gina. I told her what I was looking for a sunflower arrangement, as sunflowers are my mom's favorite. She told me that she only had one big sunflower and she told me she would make me an arrangement using that big one as the center. I was a little hesitant but told her to go ahead. Hours later my mom called and thanked me for the BEAUTIFUL flowers. For the next two days everyone who saw the arrangement complimented her on how beautiful they were. This made me so happy. Flowers at Lakeside is an AWESOME florist! My son & I purchased flowers, from a picture online, there this week. When I picked them up, they were way SMALLER then we expected because we ordered PREMIUM. So I panicked and called my son and said this isn't what you were expecting! They are horrible! My son was purposing to his girl the next day . As I'm complaing to my son, they were trying to figure a way to make it better! They told me we could have refund if we'd like, or we can put it in a taller vase. I wasn't expecting that so my panick started to calm down! We didn't realize when ordering that PREMIUM meant more fowers, not taller and bigger. So it was our mistake, but its Valentines day the next day, they were extremely busy, and they took the time to work with us and get my son a BEAUTIFUL arrangement! They added additional flowers to the new arrangement and made sure we were 100% satisified before I left, no EXTRA charge! I will be a customer for life!!
