As I walked in I saw a scanner/copier that I was I retested in. Representative Marco was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the manager that was there stemmed nice but was very unprofessional. He pulled the rep Marcos and sent him to the door to assist walk in customers and send another rep that was roof and did not know the difference from a scanner to a fax machine. He didn’t even know where the paper went in. So I told him I wanted the other guy to keep helping me since he seemed more knowlable with technology. After we were done I asked him to show me some rings that i ended up purchasing. Again, the manager rigidly yelled at him to go and stand I. The door and pulled him away from helping me. The other 2 representatives were arguing in front of customer about stealing the others commission. Very unprofessional!!! Manager needs to learn manners so his staff can also take after him and have manners themselfs. The repartís then apologize and said it was his second week there that he was new. That’s when I understood what was going on. Read moreUpon entering, it seemed like any other Super pawn store. Im loyal customer with Super pawn over 20 years or more doing business. I visit all the ones in Las Vegas area a least one month. This one I visit 3-4 time out of year because I don’t like area it located. Every time go its not busy like other one. Customer service is bad for the business. Yesterday I entered the store about 3 to 4 employees behind the cash register talking 1 employee seating down by jewelry case. I told them I would like to buy this double heart ring price tag showed $145.00 the young man obtain my driver license showed ring I tried it on. I advised him I would like to purchase. The young man said we have same ring price at $447.00 I laugh said I would the one that’s price at $145.00 please. Walking to register the employee Karla that was seating by jewelry case over heard the conversation advise young man unable to sale ring to me because it was price wrong he was confused asked why the tag show $145.00 she took the ring from him and went to back of store. She was so unprofessional no customer service skill leadership skill for her coworker as well. She can sell it to me for $347.00. Super pawn lose good customer of 20 year thanks to Karla. I grabbed one I liked. Then, I headed over to the wall where the purses and wallets are and stood there for a few moments expecting someone to ask me if I needed help. No one did. So, I walked over to the group of about 6 employees behind the cash register and told them I would like to buy a wallet. "Yeah, yeah ok just a minute". One guy said. So I waited. For a bit. And kept looking over in an obvious way. But no one came... And it wasn't even busy. Finally I went to the register to pay the 25 cents for the DVD so I could leave. And instead of reminding these people that I wanted a wallet off of the wall, the guy just said "You're good" to say I didn't need to pay for the DVD Gee thanks. I guess you thought you made my day. But what I really wanted was the wallet but no one would sell it to me. It was strange. Bad business. I won't bother...
