i've been to carl's jr / hardees across the nation, and i've never experienced as bad-of experiences as i do here. 60% of the visits, they create problems for -that's an 'f' grade. their ratings here alone reflect a 'd-minus' grade.
i don't come here expecting top-notch service but these people aren't even prepared to produce carl's jr products or service.
this location isn't just in a 'hood', it's also infested with hoodrats, along with the work-ethic and level of skills. -these flunkies hit the jackpot when quarantine restrictions began, because they used the hell out of all of them to justify doing less of their already poor jobs.
employees are either turning you away because they're "on a break" standing out the back door vaping, or they use the excuse of being "short-staffed" to justify giving bad or no service. when they think they're fulfilling your order, they're just handing you something vaguely close. if you call them out on it or ask for corrections, they'll come back with excuses and argue with you instead of correcting it, but all resulting in them not doing their jobs.
...and these people want fifteen-dollars-an-hour. -the good employees at the RALLY's and BURGER KING nearby are making less, and they're top-notch in service and friendliness. carl's jr is far too expensive by comparison to not be getting at least what you order without a smile, but they can do neither.
-OR go to the carl's jr on las vegas & paradise, they're not excited to be there, but they'll take your order every time you arrive and give you what you pay for without making excuses.
the owners patently have no concern if this place is open or closed; and the management and employees are just milking the time clock for hourly wages.
SECRET TIP: complete the receipt survey and mark all the ratings low. those surveys go to their franchisors who might find them in violation, so restaurants tend to react to those. that's more effective than these online ratings.

Read moreI only gave a star because it wouldn’t let me give 0/5 stars. People don’t go to this Carl’s Jr. Because the people are rude and don’t listen to their customers. Last year I took my wife and her mom to go get some drive thru lunch here they messed up on our order which was 3 meals all together around 25 bucks we corrected it at the drive thru the some young Hispanic woman which was really rude and wouldn’t let my mother in law talk. After we got our food she told me she needed ketchup so I went back in to go get ketchup for her the same young Hispanic woman who was rude to my mother in law ask me did you need something I said I was just in drive thru I needed some ketchup she quickly cut me off and said I do not remember you in drive thru but she quickly tossed over the ketchup with a very rudeness attitude. I had it and just walked out back to the car where we parked outside to eat. The next day I called corporate to complain about the situation no one responded form the store for over a whole week the next week I had to complain about the situation online to let them know how we was treated to make sure corporate gets the message. A few minutes later Carl’s Jr. Manager from that store which sounded like another Hispanic woman called me and apologized for the situation but she said there’s nothing we can do (like in a rude manner) because Carl’s Jr. Don’t give out free gift certificate for reimbursement to anyone (like I was just complaining to get a free meal) so she said because of what happen that day if i come in Shell be there to make one regular size meal. Corporate needs to shut this place down and have a new management.

Read moreVisited around 10 PM on 4/17. The place looked completely closed—no lights on, no cars outside, and no one in the drive-thru. We weren’t even sure if anyone was working. When we pulled up to the intercom, the person answering was speaking so quietly we could barely understand them.
We tried to order two Oreo shakes, but were told there was only “enough for one.” Not sure what that even means, but we went ahead and ordered one shake and one fry. Then we were told, “Please have your payment ready at the window,” which was odd considering we were the only customers there.
After paying, we were asked to pull up to the front to wait. Again, why? No one else was in line. It took an unreasonable amount of time just to bring out a single fry. When we received the fries, they were drenched in grease—as if they had been dumped straight from the fryer basket into the bag without being drained at all. We also asked for two packets of ranch but only received one. I guess she only had enough to spare for that, too. From the vibe, it seemed like the employee—likely having a slow night—decided to start closing early and wasn’t happy to have to deal with a customer. She appeared irritated and unmotivated, which likely explains the long wait and unprofessional attitude.
It’s pretty clear why she’s scheduled for the night shift—her customer...
