The information here is false. The dining area is permanently closed so of course it is not wheelchair accessable. It is closed.Same for restrooms, etc Closed.I used to go there regularly.Once they started the closed policy(with big red "open"sign always on-no you're closed,I was told by workers I could go to drive thru window and they would serve me.For months they did.I would usually get breakfast food Then after a while I was told no more breakfast food as not enough customers for it.So I put up with that and got other food still putting up with no dine in.Then I went back recently standing at drive thru again,no risk as few if any vehicles, and now told wouldnt serve me as not in car not wanting to even open window to tell me using hand gestures.I told them thru glass and for three seconds they opened then closed window that I had been getting it this way for months and asked two or three times to speak to manager finally a woman walked over inside, looked at me,said nothing and left. Was she the manager?I have no idea.I left and after years of eating there have never gone back.I realize this is probably a privately owned franchise but they use the taco bell name and I may not ever go back to any taco bell.If they can't offer dining room service which again is permanently closed, they should not be in business as a taco bell. And again "wheelchair accessable"(I'm not in one,I'm on foot) a lie.Bathroom,a lie.Locked.Clean facility? No facility.Service no.Polite no.Just a red lit open sign so you go over and find they're closed to you.Taco bell should...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked into the location to purchase food. There was a lady at the counter trying to place an order, 2 people at the kiosks that were having trouble using it to place an order, and the Taco Bell worker (dark skin lady with way too much makeup). The worker began to berate the lady at the counter about not placing an order at the kiosks. The customer was explaining that she didn't know how to use the kiosk. The worker then tells her that her job is only to collect payments and if she can't use the kiosk to leave the establishment. The others who were at the kiosk were having a hard time and were asking for help. The worker told them to use it or get out! The worker was very rude and disrespectful to the potential customers. Luckily one of the younger customers tried to help the elderly lady in the wheelchair order her food. I walked out and went to the drive thru where I was treated with dignity and respect by Xavier. I will continue to use the drive thru instead of going inside. People who aren't tech savy shouldn't be forced to starve because of it. The worker was blatantly disrespectful to the customers and a poor representation of the Taco Bell brand. Maybe some retraining or suspension from work...

I recently discovered I have over 1600 views. I want to do justice for you and for me. I try to be honest with my reviews.
Today, was a sad day for this Taco Bell. We have been here more than once, but it was a long time since our last visit. The drinks and there balance of flavor were near perfect!
So, if you are looking for near perfect balance in drinks. Today, was a good day for this merchant! Get your freezes here today!
However, do not order The soft tacos or burritos! Tomorrow, before 9 pm may be better? I dearly hope so. Here goes....
The tomatoes, were really wet, as if they were frozen and thawed out and had been in the freezer for a couple of weeks. They tasted like it too! They were squishy! So if you like lots of squishy squirmy tomatoes and... seemingly,
very little meat; you found your dream taco!
As for me and my house, we will go the extra mile to the next Taco Bell, next...
