We have been shown the cleaner front side of complex but then given a poor unit in the back . almost as if thats where they move most of the blacks or families with 3 or more kids... We requested to be moved to the front 2yrs ago... Still we live in the back.. Now we are in dispute with landlord over rent and condition of the unit they expect to get income for... Upstairs unit 3 1/2 months ago started leaking the waste water from toilet into are living room downstairs....thats because folks hired to install bathroom racks etc... Were clearly not professional that hole they created and covered up allowes there water when flushed containing feces and urine most likely formed puddles in living room.... Informed office of this problem number of times.. No correction made other then stopping the leak.. Unit still has huge hole they knocked out to get to leak above and below toilet in mstr bdrm the floor was only dried not removed and replaced now stench of mold and contaminated flooring still remains yet in still they demand rent...the women of office lied claiming they entered apartment which is not true because there is no key for top lock on unit door she falsely claimed of dog feces everywhere which also isnt true i am probably one of the very few who do actually clean up after pet... I have since then mailed 14 day letter of legal action if repairs are not done due to them having the nerve to file an eviction when clearly they have not upheld there end of tenant and landlord agreement. The old grey haired white women is a liar and just down right racist as well as the older spanish women who has never passed any of my requests or work orders. They towed away a vehicle a friend lent me to use it was tagged first then removed from property so it would not be towed gone for 6 to 7 days i borrowed same vehicle again to meet with manager about floor replacement and while im waiting all but ten min the truck is towed away which clearly is not within there right to do so.. That only confirms that i was targeted when mananger was informed of this he claimed he would have it returned said it was not on the list they had . truck still not in my possession yet.. And unit still in same lousy condition but yet they demand money for these inexcusable conditions and actions of the staff here. I would never recommend this...
Read moreI live in the complex next to The Crossings, Silver Palms, and all I can say is people can say all the bad things they want about the complex I live in, but it is ROYALTY compared to The Crossings. I had my first moped stolen, it was locked up and somebody cut the lock. I woke up to find it wasn't there and called the police, but because its a moped they can't (and frankly don't really want to) do anything about it. After I gave my statement to LVMPD I walked around my complex just thinking maybe I might find it, I obviously didn't. After I searched Silver Palms I was walking back to my unit and as I was something in my head just kept telling me to go look in The Crossings. I had nothing to lose, it was already gone and the worst thing that could happen by me looking was I wasted about 40 minutes walking around and getting exercise, so I decided to go looking for it. Sure enough I turn the very last corner in the very back of the building on the south side and what do I see? My moped and about 3 others parked right outside an apartment. I got my keys, started it up and road off. I later sold that moped and got a new one and not even 3 months of having it it was stolen again. I have a very good feeling that someone from The Crossings took it again, I obviously went back to the same place I found the first one, but was not successful a second time. This apartment complex is DISGUSTING. Do not let the gate at the front confuse you into thinking it has good security because it's ALL for show. And to think I considered moving there instead of Silver Palms. Again, Silver Palms isn't some magical, great place; I already wrote a review for them so don't worry, I'm not singling this monstrosity of a complex out. But the crossings take the cake as probably being one of the most ghetto, disgusting places to live. Just because it's cheap, doesn't mean it's great. ON the other hand, if you're a crack/meth/and or heroin addict or a prostitute then this is the right...
Read moreZERO stars!! I do not recommend this place AT ALL! Please do not rent from here. They are infested with cockroaches .. not one or two 30-40+. Management is HORRIBLE!!! They do not care how tenants live .. they don't care if you don't have air, a toilet , water .. nothing! Two months after you move in your bath tub will completely tear apart from the wall up and they will tell you that you are on a waiting list but nothing will actually be done They favor each other as well as certain tenants that they are personal friends with.. they allow apartments to have 10+ people living together partying every night trash thrown everywhere including food and they will leave it .. dog poop everywhere they also pick and choose who they harass when it comes to animals .. picking up after them and pet fee. They allow men who beat on their woman to work for the complex as well as live .. lots of safety concerns. A bunch of crackheads and drug users walking around coming up to your apartment .. using the bathroom as well as using drugs next to your apartment the management doesn't care enough to do anything about it just like the laundry mat people sleep and do drugs even though it's "locked" only one laundry mat open they have lied and said they other would open for over 4 years now as well as the pool and the pool is never really opened either they say they are cleaning it every day .. the laundry mat always has at least 5 washer and 5 dryers broken at all times (only like 20 washer and dryers all together) the laundry mat itself is NEVER cleaned dirt , bugs and more all throughout .. the ceiling looks like it's caving in and all they did was paint it. I can go on and on but if you choose to rent from here you will see for yourself .. posted below will be only a FEW out of...
