TNT Nails — Local services in Las Vegas

I went in for a full set. Simple white tip. The girl that did my nails cut into my cuticles making me bleed, then super glued her own finger to the white tip on two of my nails which looked like a black spot on the white tip (I asked her if that would be taken care of she said ues yes don't worry) and then did nothing about it. She then tried to shape them and all 10 nails were different lengths, shapes and she filed into the white tip so only the clear acrylic was showing. I waited patiently while her and her coworker tried to fix my nails but only made them worse. Oh and the cherry on top was when she glued the white tips on they were just about all crooked. They wanted me to stay another hour so someone else could fix them. I said no and they demanded I pay the full amount. I told them I would pay for their materials to which they said we will give you a $10 discount. I paid more than I should've for just materials & left there. I now have to find another nail place that can remove them and redo them completely. I'm so disappointed and upset. Worst customer service ever!! And very dirty and unsanitary. I had to ask for alcohol multiple times to clean up the blood from my cuticles. They tore a small piece off of a used paper napkin and handed it to me with...

Depending on the day, is the “quality” of service. I’ve had good and bad experiences here, but sadly more bad ones than good ones. For example, like today, I went to get a fill in and was told by the tech that he refused to complete my nails after I had to critique him over 3 times on how to do a proper fill in (meaning: BRING! The powder ALL THE WAY to the cuticle for the fill and that I should NOT still be seeing my real nail, or the old gel polish he didn’t file off all the way). Needless to say, I didn’t pay for that so-called “service”, and walked out with my nails looking horrible, unfinished, and my time WASTED. If you do happen to go here, there are ONLY three good techs in the whole place (Maya, John, and the young girl)! AVOID the rest of them because they are lazy and don’t want to properly do their job, and they get mad at you for pointing it out when your the...

I've have gone more than once only because of convenience. Let me just say, I will never go again. I also kept thinking I could give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe just one bad day? No. Horrible customer service and I could accept that maybe if the quality of work matched the attitude. More than once my toe polish came off within (3) days, didn't get what I asked for, was rushed out, didn't clean cuticle on my hands or feet, freezing cold water, boiling hot water and usually I don't say anything because I feel bad; the one time I asked, can you lower the heat on the water? It's too hot, the girl got an attitude and made it freezing cold. It's expensive too!!! Never, never again will I throw away hard earned money. Now I'm a stay at home Mom and rarely do anything nice for myself. So I would not waste another opportunity...
