I have spent my money here for the past few months on flower and here’s my experience:
Hot waiting room area with only a few chairs (I almost fainted on several occasions standing up and waiting for over 20 minutes. I had to take off my sweater and still could barely breathe). I would suggest upgrading your waiting area.
Too few workers on registers: On multiple occasions there has only been like one or two employees working on the registers. This is if I buy pick up or just walk in. Meaning longer hold times for paying customers. That is unacceptable. I could understand busy days but this is consistently happening. There’s no reason why the AC cannot be turned on or used in moderation.
Rude/Unfriendly people at front desk. I had a very rough day and so I was going to go in and make a purchase. I called and politely inquired about my membership points. The lady straight up told me to go online or use the app because she got too many people in the lobby. I was appalled. What she didn’t know was, I use the app and website regularly and they frequently have glitches and technical issues. I told her others have told me my points over the phone so I did not understand why she could not. She put me on hold without asking me and then came back after a few minutes asking for my information to check my points. I decided not to purchase from them that night and will look for another dispensary with better customer service and respect for paying customers. We are the reason you have a job, remember that the next time you act carelessly.
Mediocre Flower Deals: Flower deals are not that great. The lowest THC is always the ones on sale. Their pre-rolls suck because they grind it so much that when you inhale powder goes in your mouth. Stop grinding flower for pre-rolls, that is not a real pre-roll. I don’t know what they’re grinding but it doesn’t taste like flower. So don’t waste your time with purchasing them.
Only Three Parking Spots for Pick Up: There are only three parking spaces available for pick up and they take forever. I ordered pickup one tome and was waiting for 15 minutes. Defeats the whole purpose of picking up. Also, the guy dis not seem too happy about having to come outside to service me. If all the spaces are taken up you have to wait. So this option is laughable.
The best employees there are the bodyguards. I have had friendly experiences with them and they were kind. So thank you bodyguards for being awesome and the best part of this place!
Please do better. For now, I will find another place who better...

I recently ordered from Tree of Life with high hopes after seeing their enticing advertisements promising "premium quality" products at unbeatable prices. However, my experience was anything but that.
Upon ordering on Wednesday night 9pm,I tried calling the store to ask about delivery services but staff didn’t pick up. I called again at 10 a staff member who seemed uninterested in helping me told me I had to do it online.The selection of products that I wanted where only on sale for Wednesday it was not promoted online that they cannot deliver after 10! I placed my order and get a notification that it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day.The delivery driver called me at 12 pm thursday saying she was on her way, it’s cash only no change , she told me my total was way higher then what I was told the day before. The price on the receipt said my original total which is what I expected to pay but the prices were much higher than what was advertised, leaving me feeling deceived. I wish there would’ve been honesty when I called on Wednesday about online delivery. I would’ve not continue to place my order. If I knew they were going to charge me something different that was Advertised. The lady showed up at my house demanding the new total Even though the receipt had The promotion discount that I was given the day before.
To make matters worse, when I inquired about the discrepancies, the staff offered vague explanations and seemed dismissive of my concerns. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than on customer satisfaction.to “Lala” “Reina” please make sure that your coworkers don’t have you on speaker when you’re being that rude to customers.

Read moreI LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been a customer since the very beginning that this dispensary opened. The deals are good and the staff has always been amazing to me. However, I placed an order today 6/27/2025, and called at 6pm and the male receptionist that they had working here was extremely rude, all i wanted was to provide him with my phone number as I have tried to update it through the app multiple times but they keep bringing up my old number. I wanted him to provide my # to the delivery person but he was very annoyed and stated he had a lot of people on the front lobby, I agreed to be placed on hold. When he came back I insisted in him grabbing my number but he refused, the he proceeded to tell me I had to go in person to change my number and then he hung up on me. I tried calling back and he would pick up and immediately hung up. Having these type of employees can really affect your business, not only he was rude to me but very inconsiderate with his peer, I don't want nobody to drive from jones and Vegas drive all the way to henderson and find themselves unable to deliver the order, not only the dispensary loses the sale but the drivers also waste them time and gas for no reason other than a front receptionist being lazy and hating his job. I don't mind going into the store and updating my number, but sometimes is not what you say but how you say it what could earn you a bad review and a reason to look for new horizons.
10/27/25 @ 10:24pm.... As I expected, I never received my order, I wasn't expecting less... so I order from a different dispensary at 8:39pm and I received my order at 10:17pm. I ordered from tree of life at 2:14 PM AND I NEVER received my order...
