Had a nice lunch w/ Z ohana.
UPDATE August 2024 went to our local Outback Steakhouse for the second time this month. Me and my family went for a Sunday lunch, knowing about the return of their awesome Aussie 3-Course meal deal. The choices are limited. However, the options to choose from were a nice lil' variety. I ordered the baked potato soup for my starter, then chose the 8-gold coast coconut shrimp w/ marmalade dipping sauce that comes w/ it, and for my side keeping it light I chose the small house salad and to finish off a great lunch I chose the raspberry sauce cheese cake from the two choices you get to choose from for the dessert either the chocolate or raspberry. Everything was delicious. My husband and son ordered the blooming burger w/ fries, and my daughter chose the blooming chicken sandwich w/ fries, which unfortunately was not on the 3-Course meal deal, but she enjoyed it either way. The service was great! Everyone there was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I truly hope the Outback Steakhouse Aussie 3-Course Meal deal will be a permanent addition to their menu. It's a fantastic value and definitely appreciated when looking for a nice family meal to enjoy together aside from home. Honestly, my family and I only dine here when that meal deal is available and, of course, for the tasty fried mushroom appetizer w/ side of honey mustard and fir me and my husband the delicious festive adult cocktails. Mahalo (Thank you!) Outback staff and management. We look forward to coming back and trying the other options you have w/ this Aussie 3-Course meal deal đ
Update Jan. 28th, 2025 my 39th BDay our oldest Xzavier took our ohana (family) out to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the toowamba ontop of a bed of fettuccine noodles. It...
Read moreOur first experience last summer was great. The next few times after that have been exceedingly subpar. Our second visit we found a hair in the salad. The server replaced the salad and comped the meal. Our third visit our server was pretty non-existent. When she gave us our check, she had charged extra for âextra cheeseâ on the cheese fries that we ordered as an appetizer. I asked the server for clarification regarding the extra charge when we didnât order extra cheese. She seemed offended by removing the fee for something that we never asked for nor received. Tonight we tried one last time buoyed by the hope of the amazing first experience that we had here. However, when we walked in it quickly went south. We stood waiting for someone to greet us for several minutes. The restaurant was maybe 10-15% filled. When someone finally approached us they took us to a booth that had food and silverware scattered all over the floor underneath and spilled soda and broccoli all over the seats. Then the person tried to seat 2 people at a large round table intended for 6 people?? When we asked for something smaller we were directed to yet another dirty table and the person indicated that there had been a party of 35 earlier in the day as a way of explaining all of the mess. We asked to be seated in any number of the vacant tables that were scattered about the restaurant and the person hesitated. It seemed that we were asking too much to be seated at a table that wasnât dirty. So at that point we left the restaurant. It is highly unlikely that we will take another chance here again. We donât mind spending nearly $100 for dinner when Outback is on point, but after these last few experiences we can spend our money elsewhere and get treated...
Read moreThis use to be my restaurant of choice in Lawton. The last 3 times we have gone has been bad. Two previses times the steaks were so full of gristle we had to send it back and order another type steak as waitress told us they were all the same. Yesterday two of us went for lunch around 11:30am it was quite and we thought we would order soup and salad turns out if you order that it cost you more then a lunch meal as the soup and salad we were interested in had a $3.00 up charge so we decided on the lunch meal. We ordered the steak hoping that since they were not busy it would be cooked right and no gristle, the waitress ask us how we wanted it cook we told her medium well she ask us if we wanted a baked potato or sweet potato we said sweet then she ask us if we wanted regular salad or Caesar we said Caesar. She came back with Bread and then very very small Caesar Salad but we said well this is lunch time much smaller. Food came and the steaks were rare both of them and had to go back so we ate the sweet potato, steaks come back they are still not right but I had a appointment and didn't want to run late so we ate them. Taste was good. Received the check and we were charged 9.98 for the two small Salads so called the waitress back and told her there was a mistake so told us no it wasn't a mistake that you only get one choice on the lunch. We would of saved more money if we would of gotten the regular dinner meal and would of had a larger salad. Will not be going back here and that is a real shame as it close to my home and we usually go at least 4...
