Customer Service and quality of upkeep is awful. Spent an hour here to entertain my kids. The Arcade was in disrepair, multiple machines would accept your money via a game card, but the game wouldn’t register the tokens. Other games that had psychical balls or bean bags (Skiball) were missing all of the balls or partial amounts. Brought this to the attention of the staff and only thing they would do was give me a $1 refund (I spent probably $15 and only was able to successfully use half on actual arcade games with my kid). Honestly, kinda of a slap in the face. I know what you’re thinking “what else do you expect from a bunch of teenagers…”. Nope the manager approved this refund lmao, no apology for the place being in total disrepair haha. Bar was not high and they didn’t even try. Not to mention, staff would leave the controls to the carousel unattended. Easily a fatality/ accident waiting to happen. Trampoline park was decent but fix the arcade!

Large place. Plenty of room to let the kids run wild and get there energy out. Arcade area for the other kids that don’t want to jump around. Good 4 and user play areas. Very nice large restroom area with changing table.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Most of the games don't work the ones that so dont work right! Play areas are disgusting for kids or anyone to play on! Facility needs updated.

This place only gets two stars from me because Makayla was a great host for my daughter’s birthday party. We planned this party last month in June. Leading up to the party date I was called by the party representative I take it; she confirmed the date, time etc and stated she wanted to go over other details to assure smooth sailing the day of the party. The party start at 3:15 and I was told that we couldn’t coming thirty minutes early inside because they needed assure they prepped that party space etc. No problem. Weeks prior to the date of the party I sent links to all parents whose kids would be attending informing them to complete the waiver so it would be an easy transition into the play area. I arrived with my daughter (the birthday girl who’s nonverbal and spectrum) my 64 yr old disabled mother and two teens. We made it about 2:51pm that Sunday. Kenya and Melanie were my first unpleasant greeters. I asked if it was okay to just come inside at least since we were 20 minutes early and they obliged. We get to the counter and I give them the party girls name and mine. Kenya stated there weren’t any waivers completed. I asked how do and why wasn’t this conveyed when I received that finalized call from their planner a week prior. By this time my daughter is growing agitated because she’s ready to play and cannot touch the playroom floor per Kenya until the waiver is signed. I became annoyed myself repeating that this should have been stated to me before. Kenya then arguably said everyone has to fill out a waiver to enter. I said even my 64 year old mother who was visibly disabled and definitely not jumping or playing on any games or attractions. She said yes. I asked where do I complete the waivers. They pointed behind me to computers. I get to a computer and the page was not showing for me to begin the waiver process and the font was too small I couldn’t read it or see what icon to log into. I go back to the counter to share this and Kenya then walks off stating g “I’m not about to deal with this, you help her!” This is what she said to Melanie. Melanie then comes to the computer and I asked her to show me where to go. She opens an icon I believe and said you need your email. I asked her to please type it in because I can’t see that well, she began to do so then walks off mumbling under her breath. I then go back to the counter asking who will assist me if I have a vision disability since they won’t and mentioned how unprofessional they were being. I then asked for a manager. I asked if there was another way to complete a waiver and they gave me a form. I begin filling out the form. I then asked if my mom needed to sign the form too and Kenya said, “ Oh no, she needs a different form!” My impatience is growing worse as my daughter is still crying and very upset. I asked well where is this other form cause you all are showing your incompetence now, what are your names and why do you keep arguing back and forward with me and so unprofessional. She then said her name was Kenya and Melanie gave me her name. I wrote them on the infamous form. By this time a woman in a blue shirt came to the counter and was being brought abreast of the situation by Kenya and Melanie. She came to me as I was very frustrated by then, daughter still crying etc and said don’t bother with the forms or waivers, they can go without them. ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!!! Wasted time, attitudes and unprofessionalism. The “manager” never apologized or identified herself. She just informed me that my host (Makayla) would be able to help us better. Makayla was AWESOME!!! She apologized for her coworkers’ rudeness and the delayed inconvenience. Very polite. I pray she has the brightest future ever. Very humble and helpful. As for Kenya, Melanie and the manager you guys are unprofessional and rude. My guests were all even asking who Kenya was as they entered and encountered her rudeness before evening coming to our party space. My child’s father and god parents asked for their names too saying Kenya mean mugging my guests as they...

How do you go from a five star to a one star over a year? Employees truly do make or break you. I just had a horrible experience at Jumping World – League City today. A few years ago, I experienced great service after having to make a last-minute change for my granddaughters 5th birthday party. Since that time, I had always known that I would return for my second granddaughters 5th birthday party.

Upon arrival today to Jumping World League City I was told that I could not bring cupcakes in without purchasing a party package. I had been made aware that I would have to order pizza through Jumping World but had not been made aware that I could not bring cupcakes in from the outside despite calling ahead a few weeks prior to review my plans for the party. I spoke to the attendant “Paris” who was not sympathetic and the manager “Carson” who did not follow through with any level of good customer service. After explaining the situation to the manager, he initially said that he would see what he could do to help but disappeared to his office. Rather than disappoint my granddaughter I agreed to just pay for the party package so that we could have the cupcakes and a complete party experience. Throughout the entire party the manager never returned to finish our conversation nor did any other team member check on us. In fact, this team spent a lot of time tucked away in a back office with little to no customer interaction. I am sorry to say but Jumping World-League City did not provide a stress fee party as they state on their website. In fact we did not receive any real services of a party host to include recognition of my child’s birthday. To my surprise I was presented with a $350.70 bill for a party of 9 children after we had cleaned up the party area with still no assistance of the Jumping World Employees. I believe that if you are going to charge me at this level for a party package then I should not have to fight flies from my kids plates and I definitely should have been provided the package which per your website includes: The Basic Package includes: • Party set-up (colorful tablecloth, plates, napkins & 3 balloons, and forks) and clean up with a Jumping World Host dedicated to your party • 2 hours access the Birthday Party Booths • 1.5 hours of Jump Time and 30 minutes designated for eating • A choice of bottled waters (one for each jumper) or 2 Liter drinks (2 for a 10 jumpers party, and 4 for a 20 Jumpers party.) • Pizza (2 Large, 1-topping pizzas for 10 jumpers or 4 Large 1-topping pizzas for 20 Jumpers) • $5 game card for each jumper • Birthday Shout Out • A ride in the Water Roller for the Birthday Child • A gift for the birthday child

At the conclusion of the party I approached “Carson” the manager and expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. He responded by saying that he was told that I did not want a party host. I asked him who told him that and he could not give me a straight answer. It is night and day in the level of customer service I experienced today and a few years ago and it is sad to say but I can no longer refer your establishment as an option for parties/events as I have faithfully done for the...

Literally had the worst experience of my life after coming here for over six years with my kids finally decided to do their birthdays here and it couldn’t have gone any worse the staff was extremely rude then continue to make comments about my daughter being autistic because she was overstimulated with fact that the girls that were helping us with the party we’re obviously on some kind of drug they were moving way too fast and doing way too much literally didn’t even let the kids finish their cakes before they were trying to take their plates away and literally trying to rush us out of there and then attempted to add their own tip amount to my card and locked up my entire debit card on a Sunday and then continue to call me a liar while I was on the phone with them never been treated so bad or seen a place that has such poorly trained employees and what’s sad is we been coming here for over six years and I guarantee you we will never be coming back to this place had a party of 20 that was ruined due to the two staff members they were helping us they need to start drug testing their employees regularly also the manager still try to defend the actions of the two employees and we literally left and we’re not told thank you we’re not told anything we didn’t even apologize for the way that the staff treated us do not go here at all . do not go here if you were expecting any kind of valuable customer service the entire staff was literally under the age of 18 not a single adult except to worked there and gave us less help than the actual kids that worked there was very disappointed with everything that happened especially the fact that the staff member kept badgering us about what was wrong with my daughter when we continue to tell her that she was autistic that’s why she acts the way she does and she said well maybe y’all should just leave then because kids are supposed to act like that and literally kept making the nastiest remarks about the this happened on December 3, 2023 we literally left this place and had to go have the party elsewhere you to the unbelievable actions by their staff. Not only were they extremely inappropriate they try to steal more money than what I was already tipping them and what’s sad is the manager literally backed up...
