B&B Lebanon Ritz 8 Theatre — Attraction in Lebanon

Im giving a 5 star review and it's not because I'm happy with the theater either I've spent a decent amount of money here because Lebanon has very few places to go that are fun so the theater is my go to place here in Lebanon when I'm bored and feeling alone i usually go and take my mom to a movie we live only a block away so that's nice now im here to give my honest opinion the employees here are always so kind every time i go they are very welcoming and make you feel like they are happy to have you're business ive been going to this theater since i was a child I've seen it when it was small then when it was remodeled several times over it used to even have an arcade room but that was converted to a smaller theater when i say this place gets a decent amount of my money i mean it i go see at least 5 or so movies a month i love that we have a theater here in Lebanon but its so outdated the bathrooms are older the seats aren't that comfortable i drove all the way to the Patriot 12 in Waynesville Missouri to go see Oppenheimer and my experience at you're all's theater there was amazing it has reclining seats you get to pick you're seat when you buy a ticket its got automatically drink fountains so you can get you're own refills they have a restaurant the Patriot 12 in Waynesville Missouri is amazing my biggest complaint is why can't the Lebanon theater be updated like that or just a new one built like the Waynesville Missouri one i literally enjoyed the Patriot 12 but its a 35 mile drive from Lebanon i love our theater here we just need a new tho I'm afraid the one that's here just feels so old compared to the Patriot 12 in Waynesville Missouri maybe consider building a new theater here in Lebanon Missouri eventually as well the residents here really enjoy going to the movies and i feel they deserve a great theater like Waynesville Missouri has thanks for taking the time to...

I have been going to this theater for years I go to see a movie a few times a month its never looked like it does right now the neon lights on the sign need fixed the signs where the movies go are busted the theater used to have more available times to go see movies now on some day's it only has one time to see a movie some movies that come out don't even come here but waynesville's theater has them the employees are seeming to be rude now and laugh at you when you buy a ticket or ask for a refill on things the theater has holes in the walls that never used to be there in the biggest theater number 1 the ceiling roof has missing tiles and insulation is exposed above you're head it's in need of repairs and the employees used to be friendly but at times I find it unpleasant when going because they seem hesitant to want to do their job and Laugh at you and think its funny I overheard the manager saying he's over the one in waynesville and lebanon both and mostly spends his time at the waynesville theater that means this one is pretty must unsupervised and not being managed how it should be my son lost his phone here and wallet last year and his wallet was returned to him but his phone was still missing and they was together I believe they kept my sons phone and didn't return it thats fine tho but this theater used to be different then this...

It's a very old theater it really could use a GOOD mopping on the floors in the theaters NOT JUST A ONE OVER. Seats are old but still comfortable. Bathrooms need a remodel bad. Multiple stalls had out of order signs on them. The floor and area around The toilets and sinks is stained or dirty not sure. The soap dispenser in the handicap stall has been broken for quite a while and rusted over. There were air blow dry hand things and paper towels but they were out of paper towels. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Each theater is pretty small without surround sound and the seating is on the left and the right nothing is in the middle. Not sure we'll be back Just wasn't up to our standard. Small screen, no surround sound, no center seating, bathrooms were in bad shape, there were a couple other things but minor.
