Goodwill Store — Attraction in Lebanon

I have been to this store numerous times!!! I love this store!!! It is so clean and organized, i have never been charged the wrong amount on products and the staff there is very willing to fix any problems that a customer may have. they are so devoted to their customers and everything being done correctly in their store. I have been to many other Goodwill stores like the one in Frankfort and that store could not dream of comparing to this store!! as i said, they are the cleanest, most organized store i have been to yet and believe me i love to shop all the Goodwill stores!! They have many managers that are devoted to getting to know the customers many times i have had them help me find something and they were always happy to do so! I have never ahd a bad experience at this location. as a matter of fact one night i was there another customer was upset with something and the manager took them aside so the other customers could continue checking out! This is a great store!! The only things are that sometimes the newer girl manager, Elizabeth is not always helpful she is rarely seen on sales floor and she is rude to some customers and i have even heard her scold employees on the sales floor, at least she has the chance through Goodwill to improve herself. THen there is that guy manager who is never ever wanting to help customers, he will walk right by and not even say hi how are you anything. The younger managers are better. But They will all hopefully make themselves better through this job. Now things have started changing in this store, there is a new manager I think her name is Pam, but she is not very polite to the customers, she is very short with her staff on the sales floor and she is rude over the...

I wanted to make a furniture purchase but the bottom half of the ticket was missing. I was told that they absolutely positively under no circumstances can sell me that desk because the bottom half of the ticket was missing. I had to wait until the following day (today) to purchase it. I drove over an hour and I was the first one inside the store this morning and guess what was gone? You guessed it, the desk was gone. Why is it I was unable to make the purchase yet it magically disappeared? It almost seems like someone was holding it for themselves or for a friend. Needless to say I am extremely mad right now. I took time out of my work day, spent the gas to drive over an hour to get this desk only to have it sold out from under me. I was promised it would be there in the morning because they were not allowed to sell it since the bottom half of the ticket...

This is definitely one of the cleaner Goodwill stores I've been to. Things are laid out well and clearly marked. A few of the staff were stocking and had one end of a couple of aisles blocked with racks. They also about ran me over a couple times. I had a pair of pants that had a brown tag (50% off this week) and the tag apparently fell off. They wanted to replace it with a red tag. I'm a reseller and it was a $2 pair of pants, so not that big of a deal. But if I were on a serious budget and counting on that $1, it may have been an issue. On the other hand, this was my first visit to this particular Goodwill and they didn't know me from Adam. I'm sure people try to swap tags often. Overall,...
