My mother came in to get her shampoo that she has used for several years now. She couldn’t find it in its usual spot, didn’t have her phone to call me, so she ask a gentleman where she could find it. He ended up telling her the brand changed the bottle and ppl were getting confused so they moved it. It was a completely different look to the bottle. She explained yet again that she didn’t think that this was right as it says violet across the label, the other she uses daily. But he insisted that this is was the product she was looking for. Any stylist or trained store associate should know you can’t use purple (shimmering lights) shampoo daily. She wanted the kenra brightening shampoo but was recommended and sold a huge bottle of the NEW kenra violet purple shampoo for like $50. She now has no shampoo. No normal single person needs a 32 oz bottle of shimmering lights that you only use but once weekly or bi weekly. That is just ridiculous that this was Walmart was recommended. Maybe there should be some requirements before hiring associates that are going to be giving advice to customers. Especially when it comes to hair products that can change the color of your hair are being sold. We’ll be shopping else where...

So I went to the Ulta Beauty here in Lebanon, Tennessee on W. Main St., yesterday, and the moment I walked in the door a nice, beautiful, redheaded lady name. Cindy approached me and asked me if she could help me and of course she did. I went there to buy Lily lash adhesive. It’s supposed to be number one on the market for this year,. I had to have it she took me right to that section in their store for Lilly lashes. They have quite a few lily lash sets as well as liners and adhesive. I got the Lilly lashes clear adhesive comes in a little white box says Lilly lashes is $13 plus tax , I just want for all the ladies to know who wears false eyelashes. It is the best adhesive I’ve ever used. I’ve been wearing lashes for almost 2 years now you’ve got to get it. I kept having trouble with the ends of my lashes popping out, especially in the heat , trust me Lily lash adhesive the clear brush on it only takes 30 seconds to put your lashes on their own and it’s also easy to wash off with facial cleanser. I’ve always loved coming to this location everyone is always so kind. Today I went in and seen a new face(Micah) when I got to check out one of the items I purchased did not ring up on sale as it was advertised on the self well I went back there with the sweet lady (Cynthia) and dhr was having me show her where I got my item and she agreed that the item is under the sale sticker. All the inventory was under the sticker showing on sale. Then I go back to the register and Micah goes back there and moves all the items to where they were suppose to be then calls me back there to show me I was wrong telling me shoppers may have move some products. Your inventory was placed in the wrong spot and a sale stick was put above it shame on you for not owning to your teams mistakes and blaming your customers shes told me she couldn’t do anything for me.
