Krystal — Restaurant in Lebanon

HORRIBLE SERVICE! All I did was try to pick up a doordash order from this establishment, I have never even eaten there myself, and yet I was met with the most rude employee I have ever spoken to in my life. To start, I had no clue if there was a window I could walk up to or if it was only a drive through, so I figured i would try the drive-thru first just in case I had to start my car again unnecessarily. Once I did, I was told in a very flat tone to walk up to the front window. I didn’t mind, and seeing as I only had an hour left of my scheduled dash time and this orders delivery location was 11 miles away, I was trying to make the most of my time so I could get as many orders as possible. Because of this, I quickly thanked her and then sped around the building to find parking before I walked up to the window. However, once I walked up, the lady at the window was giving me the most intense glare i’ve ever been given by a stranger in my life. I tried to ignore it at first, until she told me to confirm the order very blankly, and when i said “sorry?” for her to repeat herself since i didn’t hear her the first time, she very exaggeratedly told me “confirm the order, and show it to me.” exactly as if she was speaking to a toddler that couldn’t understand english yet. I kind of chuckled to myself at the absurdity of the anger in her tone, and the fact that she was staring directly at my eyes the entire time with a very angry expression. I did as she practically ordered me to, and then as she was handing me the order still without breaking eye contact I decided to ask her what her deal was, and what i had done to clearly upset her so badly. So I said “why are you looking at me like that?” and she replies “you’re the one that came up here with an attitude.” I pointed out that all I had done was walk up to the window, I hadn’t even spoken a word before she was demanding for me to confirm the order. she then says “you’re the one that sped around the building so fast when i told you to come around.” I was confused how she had genuinely been offended by my speed while finding a parking spot, and as I said I was on a time crunch, so all I could tell her before I decided to leave was “i’m sorry that i drove around too fast for your liking?” I didn’t have time to catch her name, seeing as from the jump I was met with nothing but hostility and I had other places to be besides stand and argue with a krystal employee. However the interaction was more than enough to be worth leaving a review, because as much as I understand that she may have just been having a bad day there was no reason for her to bring so much hostility to me for just trying to do my job and get paid just like her. I suffer from awful social anxiety as it is, and it is safe to say that I will no longer be picking up orders from this krystal. And if you also have social anxiety, or simply prefer to be treated with basic respect and kindness, I would recommend finding somewhere...

The food was great, but I will NOT be back due to the older lady & manager!! They should both be fired immediately, otherwise they will run this business in the ground, MORE THAN THEY ALREADY HAVE. The old lady got mad because the young guy didnt put me down for the 12 Krystal combo & I wanted my 2 drinks & 2 fries. She give me the drinks & charged me separately for them then threw a FIT over me wanting my fries, & then threw the bag with 2 small fries in it threw my window, in my lap & screamed "JUST TAKE THEM & GET OUTTA HERE!" The CEO should go undercover & act as a customer, so he can see how her & the lady manager talk to their customers!! NOT EVEN...

Good food but damn when I order a chilli cheese pup can I at least get some chilli and cheese. Does anyone know of any establishment than can get an order right besides Chick fil A a man can only handle so much chicken. Customer service and getting what you paid for days are long gone. Did I call and let them no and give them a chance to fix it you ask, no because I dont eat spit. Thanks but 👎 Not to mention I already wasted time and gas to go there in the first place. From now on when these places ask can they help me Im going to tell them this is how much I plan on spending so surprise me cause your going to give me whatever you feel...
