To be fair, I'm sure the shoes are great. I went in today to pick up my online order (that said via email it would be ready today). I get to the counter and tell the staff that I'm there for my order. The clerk didn't even acknowledge me, just started rummaging through cabinets. I said my name as he had already turned his back to me and was looking through things. He looked through each cabinet 3 times. Then he spoke to another associate. He again looked through each cabinet. He never checked my name, order number, anything... A manager then was called in. (Again, no one has even looked over at me or asked any details about my order.) The manager person then tells me that my order isn't ready yet and that I shouldn't have come to the store before they called me. I explained that I got an email saying my order would be ready today, so I had stopped in. I asked if they could just check on the order by my name or order number or something since it was supposed to be there by today. The three staff smirked at each other and said "no, were not going to do that." I was sort of shocked/confused at this point and clarified, "so you're not going to look at all or try to check?" Read moreIf I could give them a 0 star, I would. The store manager, Sharon, is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, not knowledgeable in sales and price, demeaning, and lacks customer service. She was unapologetic in the errors of not labeling prices and misplacing items in the "additional" off sections, belittled my brother, sister, and me in front of at least four of her employees and many customers in the the store, lacked knowledge of something being marked 50% off versus additional 50% off, and lacked knowledge in original price versus discounted price. We cannot believe that this was Adidas's customer service and was beyond shocked of what we witnessed and how we were poorly treated.
To prevent similar occasions from happening to other customers, we will post reviews on IG, Twitter, FB, and other social media sites about our experience. We will no longer give ADIDAS our business after being treated so poorly by this store manager.

As i waited, another customer went to wait on the right side, my family and I wondered if we stood on the wrong side. My husband pushed our toddler in the stroller to the other side to check if there was a sign, which there was none, so we continued to stand on the left side since we've been standing there for a while. The cashier in front of me was done with his customer, who was checking his receipt, but he said nothing to me and did a few things such as talk to another rep and stomped on a few boxes.
