To say I am UPSET is an understatement. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Your company has RUINED my wife's mother day because of incompetence in completing my order. I ordered on 5/2/2024 the following:

When this ordered arrived it only contained D-228RUBY7US. I attempted to call 5 times getting a voice-mail each and every time. I sent an email describing your company's error. I got a response stating the order would be corrected with the new order number of E3538254, and you added express shipping to make up for it.
Well this order came today 5/11/24, and ITS WRONG AGAIN! This order contains the following:

D-228SP7US
No D-228AM7US like it was supposed to originally.
At this point I don't want the your product. I want my original money back and if you want your product back you can send me a prepaid envelope to mail it back to you. You have until Tuesday to contact me to get this refund to me before I take my case to the Better Business Bureau.

I reached out to their team to let them know, and they quickly approved an exchange and had details on the return sent to me. Well, sometime between this and when I went to send the rings back, one of our cats got ahold of one of the rings, and it is long gone (still haven't found it). Bummer, but I still had the other ring. I sent a note in with my one ring explaining what happened, and asked if I could still do an exchange on just the one ring. A few days later I get emails saying they received my package and they sent me my exchange, awesome. A little over a week later, their package shows up in my mailbox. I open it. . . and there are two rings inside. They not only exchanged the ring I sent them, they also sent me an exchange on the other ring that got lost, no charge. Such an incredibly kind thing to do, I was shocked. I am so impressed with this company and their service. Plus, the rings are gorgeous, a comfortable fit, breathable and well made. They have changed ring sizes on our orders because they assumed we ordered the wrong size. đ Nope, just ordered presents for people. Then the Etched Thin rings were a joke (picture is if the thin Pine that looked like a knife hacked it up). They sent out an email saying the fixed their process and would be sending new rings out to make up for it. What they didnât tell you was that if you had the good sense to return the terrible rings they wouldnât give you the new ones at no cost (as the email stated). Iâm not sure why they thought the originals were even good enough to send out. Not worth dealing with and better companies out there for silicone rings!
