This theater illegally uses cell phone scramblers in their theaters. you can stand outside a theater and your phone works fine but once inside you lose 100% service. We use 3 different carriers and it is the same for all. So if you are a parent who has hired a sitter for date night with your spouse you are out of luck should there be an emergency. And should there be a shooter or other type of disturbance you couldnt even dial 911.I recently brought the subject up with an employee, he did not deny it. I love the theater itself, the staff is friendly, the popcorn is fresh and I never have issues with talkers but our family doesnt visit much because we arent willing to risk our families safety due to their blocking cellphones. So, parents beware, this theater does not value safety at all! And for those blaming the walls, this is the only theater I have ever been to in my life where a cellphone doesnt work. Hence why 99% of theaters have a "quiet your phone" announcement on the screen. If you notice, this theater doesnt have one of those messages because they don't need one. The walls are not that thick because you can hear movies playing outside of the theater, you can hear every...
Read moreOk so my friends and I drove for about 45 minutes to go see a rated R movie and one of my friends was 16 with only one month until he was 17. I bought my ticket first and then he went up and was denied a ticket. I couldn't get a refund and now had to see the movie without him. So with our plans already ruined, he went to see a different movie and when he was giving his ticket to the woman who tells you what theater to go to (same woman who denied him at the front), she says, "If he goes to your theater we will have to kick him out".
The audacity to say something like that to someone who showed no indication of doing so is one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had. I hope the woman who said that is reading this review and knows that she ruined our night. Seriously do you get some kind of power trip from denying a 16 and 11 month year old from seeing a movie with his friends? It even ruined the movie because I was so angry the whole time. I'm sure all the other employees are nice people but this woman seriously needs to reconsider her life decisions to be in the...

TICKETS: the line was nonexistant, the young lady was stoic and silent PRICE: $11 - Personally, I think anything over $5 is highway robbery.
SNACKS: the lines were jumbled, yet fast paced. The cashier was personable. The popcorn was cold, but edible, as were the pretzel bites. The lines at the drink kiosks were longer and messier, as one machine was out of nearly everything. PRICE: $20.50 - 2 medium drinks, a large popcorn, and a cup of pretzel bites. OUCH!
SEATS: we arrived 20 min early for decent seats. The seats were clean, no funky smells to complain about, and no sticky mess on the floors.
The movie was excellent, the rambunctious teens seated behind us were well behaved as soon as the show started, and my friend...
