Avoid this place at all costs. Two days before his birthday, my now 4 year old son had his leg broken there because of Sky Zone's negligence and will likely have a lifetime of complications from it because of where the break is located. We called before going to make sure that small children would be separate from larger teens/adults for safety reasons like at a bounce-u or similar place. We were told yes, so his mother took him there after a day at the dog show. Not only were the little kids not separate or have their own bounce time, there were no instructions or safety videos, and no employees supervising things. His mother wasn't even allowed to closely look after him because then she'd have to pay for her too and buy their special socks. She had to look after him from the sidelines which would be fine if an employee would have been around. Within 5 minutes, a large rowdy teen/adult falls on him and breaks his leg. After 5 minutes of him crying and screaming in pain, since no employees were there, the person who fell on him had to help him over to his mother. Trying to figure out what to do, they had to go hunt down an employee. They were there for 30 minutes and not one offer to call an ambulance or help, only worried about filling out a form. His mother was too occupied about caring for my son who was in agony, but if I had been there, I would have been furious. I've never sued someone before and generally don't believe in it except in extreme cases, but I'm highly considering it since this will greatly affect my son's leg and his options and path in life. The break went into his growth plate, and since he's so young, will affect him for years with a deformity, if not permanently, not to mention the trauma of the break itself and ridicule from other kids that's sure to come now. Avoid this place. It's run by teenage employees too busy on their cell phones in another room. It's too dangerous of a place for that kind of lack of...
Read moreMy family and I have been to this location quite a few times and we’ve always had a pleasant experience here until this evening. While we were jumping a staff member by the name of Mac was being obnoxiously rude, yelling at children while they were trying to have a good time. I reported his behavior to the manager and she did do a great job at removing him from that area and placing him at another to de-escalate the situation. Following that my mother and my siblings went and jumped into the pit area and she had a hard time getting out. Unknowingly, that was the same area Mac had been re-assigned. My sister and I without hesitation went to help my mother out the pit and before we all could catch our breath Mac came storming over literally yelling at us demanding us to get up and get off the trampoline! I sat there in disbelief. I could not believe how he was talking to us as if he did not see us trying to help my mother out of the pit. I was furious and after an exchange of words I went back to the manager and told her what had happened. His people skills are way off and he should not have been speaking to ANYONE like that. Especially while working with children. I am an adult a lot older than he and the way he was talking to me disgusted me. I understand this is a job to him but this is a indoor playground for both children and adults to unwind and have fun. He had no regard for his choice of words, attitude or his tone on how he was dealing with people all evening. This makes my family and I very much reluctant to come back to this location. We’ve always had a great time here but he really did spoil...
Read moreSo i was here with a friend and my brother and the expirience was not exceptable at all. Pay attention to this detail, I was 4"11 at the time i went my friend and brother were 4"8 resonable similar sizes. The staff though had my friend and my brother play with the 8 and unders and i was stuck with the teenagers and adults because I was considered "to big to be with them..." Also, the service for the bounce socks were real bad. I had to get a larger size since i have gigantic feat and they didnt have any in their main stack. After about 1/2 and hour they finally went to the back of the place and got a larger size, along with a whole new bin if that size. One decent expirience was the free bounce since you could do anything there. I have to say to improve, look at rebounderz trampoline parks. They combine people of all sizes in their games, make sure its all fair, and the get stuff done, they dont negotiate about a thing like socks. Sky Zone could have been a much much better expirience if it werent for...
